Abstract

A method for assembling a double row bottle carrier from a flat card pressing has panels with holes to position over the necks of the bottles and with one panel (9) with radial tags (18) in the holes to provide a ratchet grip under the crown corks of the bottles. An additional panel is provided, comprising two half panels (8a, 8b) each with one row of holes and linked by two panels (27a, 27b) punched with wide carrying slots. The carrying slots are folded together to form a double walled carrying handle which is folded flat over the tops of the bottles and which can be erected into an ergonomic carrying handle.
