Der vorliegende Riemenverbinder besteht aus einer schmiedeisernen Ober- und Unterplatte. Die Riemenlage ist auf einen entsprechenden Radius angeordnet, so dafs der Riemenverbinder, auch über kleine .Riemscheiben gleitend, den Riemen nicht· abbricht. Die obere Wölbung an der Oberplatte ist nach der Mitte stärker und hat aufserdem innen noch eine Verstärkungsrippe für Gewinde. Die Unterplatte trägt Wölbungen in umgekehrter Ordnung und hat ebenfalls eine Verstärkungsrippe nach innen zur Verstärkung der versenkten Schrauben. Beide Platten werden mit zwei versenkten, 6 mm dicken Schrauben verbunden.The present belt connector consists of a wrought iron top and bottom plate.
