Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen wasserfesten Gips und Gipszement
auf der Basis von REA-Gips, die bei thermischer Behandlung im
Drehrohrofen oder entsprechenden Aggregaten bei einer Temperatur
von 700 Grad bzw. 1450 Grad Celsius entstehen.
Bei der Temperatur 700 Grad Celsius wird der Gipsanteil in den
Mischungen zu Anhydrit und Bassanit umgewandelt, und das Calcium
oxyd aus den Hüttennebenerzeugnissen angeregt. Die aktivierten
Hüttennebenerzeugnisse Hüttensand und Hüttenkalk, die chemisch
gleichwertig sind, bilden mit dem Anhydrit bei Wasserzugabe
eine wasserfeste Einheit.
Bei den hohen Temperaturen der Sulfatschmelze bei 1450 Grad
Celsius bilden sich aus den Trägerstoffen die aus der Zement
chemie bekannten Phasen, die sich bei Wassereinwirkung wie
Zementphasen verhalten und ein festes Gefüge aufbauen.
Dabei entstehen von vornherein Ettringit, Thaumasit, Hydrogranat
Spurrit und Anhydrit, die insgesamt die Zementeigenschaft bilden
und gewährleisten.
Claims (8)
1. Wasserfester Gips und Gipszement auf der Basis von REA-
Gips und den Hüttennebenerzeugnissen Hüttenkalk und/oder Hütten
sand hergestellt unter gleichzeitiger thermischer Behandlung
zwischen 150 und 1500 Grad Celsius.
2. Wasserfester Gips und Gipszement auf der Basis von REA-
Gips und den Hüttennebenerzeugnissen in Form gemahlener Hochofen-
und/oder Stahlwerksschlacke hergestellt nach Anspruch 1.
3. Wasserfester Gips und Gipszement auf der Basis von REA-
Gips und hydraulischen Bindemitteln und/oder deren Rohstoffe
hergestellt nach Anspruch 1.
4. Wasserfester Gips und Gipszement auf der Basis von REA-
Gips und Mischungen aus Kalziumoxid, Siliziumdioxid, Aluminium
oxid und Eisenoxid und/oder in Verbindung mit den einzelnen
Komonenten, hergestellt nach Anspruch 1.
5. Wasserfester Gips und Gipszement auf der Basis von REA-
Gips und den Komponenten der Ansprüche 1-4 hergestellt unter
getrennter thermischer Behandlung der Einzelkomponenten nach
Anspruch 1.
6. Wasserfester Gips und Gipszement durch Mischen der Komponenten
nach den Ansprüchen 2-5 mit REA-Gips, thermisch behandelt
nach Anspruch 1.
7. Wasserfester Gips und Gipszement auf der Basis von Gips und
Anhydrit hergestellt nach den Ansprüchen 1-6.
8. Wasserfester Gips und Gipszement hergestellt durch Mischen
der Komponenten nach den Ansprüchen 1-7.
