Die Erfindungsaufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß umgekehrt gegenüber P 36 38 022.9 bzw. dem dazugehörigen Zusatzpatentanspruch I, der Innenzylinder feststeht und der Außenzylinder rotiert. Dementsprechend müssen auch die Kanäle in den Innen zylinder geführt werden. Die Figur zeigt im Querschnitt den feststehenden Innenzylinder mit den angedeuteten Kanälen in dessen Inneren. Die Kanäle müssen, was nicht gezeigt ist, nach außen geführt werden. In das Außengehäuse sind die HE eingesetzt. Die Lagerung für die HE ist im Längsschnitt durch eine Seitenwand (rechts vom Querschnitt skizziert) ersichtlich. Im gleichen Längsschnitt ist eine Scheibe, zentrisch zum Mittelpunkt des Innengehäuses gelagert, eingezeichnet, welche die Aufgabe hat, das HE mit einer Kante immer am Innen gehäuse auf einer Kreisbahn zu führen. Auch eine kraftschlüssige Anlage der Kante des HE, wie bei P 36 38 022.9 angedeutet, ist möglich, desgleichen Einzelelemente.
