Description
Spinning tubes for carded yarn spinning machines. The continuously working Spinning machine (ring spinning machine) has so far been used in the carded yarn spinning mill Was not able to introduce, because the operation through the previously known spinning tubes was made quite considerably more difficult. There are already known tubes where it is no longer necessary to pull the thread by jibing or special Pull iron wire through the tube. The draft takes place here automatically, z. B. by arranging an inclined or widened hole after the tip.
However, the tube of the present invention is different through a simple straight-cylindrical bore that is easier to manufacture. The automatic Pulling the thread through is achieved in that the thread outlet opening over the tube tip is designed so that the rapid rotation of the tube inside the tube creates a suction effect from the inlet to the outlet opening, which is able to suck the thread through, so that the operator during the full Operation can take place in the simplest possible way. The new tube is in the Drawing shown by Fig. I, 2, 3 through an embodiment. Of the Thread f enters at tube opening o to exit again at s. The tube is above the tip with a recess a that extends approximately to the middle (Fig: r, 2). The side surfaces r, and r2 (Fig. 3) of the opening n are wedge-shaped Shape, so that they then act like a fan at faster rotation to the to generate the necessary suction to pull the thread through. To you as much as possible uniform draft between the two feed and discharge pairs z and To achieve z1 (Fig. q.), it is known to be necessary to give the thread a twitching or to give a sling motion, similar to spinning with a self-spinner is achieved. The same is achieved in that the inlet opening of the tube small incisions 7z (Fig. 5) are given, which are only in the inner wall of the tube are located and which take the thread along part of the circumference when turning and then let go again, causing the desired spin motion to occur.
