Description
- 1. man stützt die Antriebsspindeln;
- 2. Schlauchverbindungen, welche Schmiermittel, Kühlmittel oder hydraulisches Öl liefern, werden getrennt;
- 3. die Riegel 67 werden gelöst;
- 4. unter Benutzung der Tragstange wird die obere Zwischenwalzen-Baugruppe entfernt;
- 5. unter Benutzung der Tragstange wird die untere Zwischenwalzen-Baugruppe entfernt.
- 1. Herausnehmen der kleinen Arbeitswalzen 30 von Hand;
- 2. Herausnehmen der Zwischenwalzen-Baugruppe von Fig. 7 unter Verwendung der vorstehend beschriebenen Tragstange;
- 3. Abnahme der Träger 61 nach Fig. 4, 5, 6 und 7 von jeder Zwischenwalzen-Baugruppe durch Entfernung der Federstifte 64 und Herausziehen der Achsen 62 und erneutes Einsetzen der Zwischenwalzen-Baugruppe in das Walzgerüst unter Verwendung der Tragstange;
- 4. Einsetzen der großen Arbeitswalzenanordnungen (Fig. 8) für das Sechswalzengerüst mittels einer Tragstange und Betätigung der hydraulischen Zylinder 101 zur Aufnahme des Gewichtes der oberen Arbeitswalzen- und Zwischenwalzen-Baugruppen.
