Description
In weiterer Ausbildung des Verfahrens des Hauptpatents wurde gefunden, daß es in
manchen Fällen zweckmäßiger ist, die Quellung der Vegetabilien direkt in der Seife zu bewirken.
Zu diesem Zwecke vermischt man a.bgewogene Mengen warmer, flüssiger Grundseife
mit der berechneten, zur Quellung der Quellstoffe erforderlichen Menge Ätzalkalilauge und
arbeitet in diese Masse die in Wasser oder einer Seifen- oder einer geeigneten Salzlösung, z. B.
Alkalikarbonatlösung, zum Brei angerührten Quellkörper und adsorptionsfähigen Kolloidstoffe
hinein.
Diese Arbeitsweise wird an folgendem Beispiel näher erläutert:
300 Teile warmer, geschmolzener Natronkernseife mit 60 bis 62 Prozent Fettsäuregehalt
werden mit 9 Teilen Kalilauge von 40 ° Be oder 8,5 Teilen Natronlauge von 40° Be in einem
Rührwerk mit Heizvorrichtung vermischt.
Andererseits rührt man in der Kälte 63 Teile Kartoffelmehl, 40 bis 80 Teile oder nach Wahl
größere Mengen Kaolinpulver mit 60 Teilen

einer ioprozentigen Pottaschelösung unter Zugabe der nötigen Menge Wasser zu einem
dicken Brei an und fügt diesem das Seifengut unter Umrühren zu, wobei man bis auf etwa
750C erwärmt.
Kommt es darauf an, eine möglichst weiße Seife zu erhalten, so empfiehlt es sich, an Stelle
des Kaolins feinst gemahlenen Speckstein als adsorptionsfähigen Koiloidstoff zu verwenden.
Claims (1)
- Patent-Anspruch:Verfahren zur Herstellung fester Toilette- und Haushaltungsseifen in Stücken oder Pulverform nach dem Hauptpatent 339047, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die berechneten Mengen Ätzalkalilauge mit abgewogenen warmer, flüssiger Seife vermengt und dann erst die in Wasser oder einer Seifenoder anderen geeigneten Salzlösung, z. B. Alkalikarbonatlösung, zum Brei angerührten Quellkörper und adsorptionsfähigen Kolloidstoffe dem Seifengut einverleibt.
