Description

Schützenwächter für Webstühle mit Schützenauswechselung. Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schützenwächter für Schützenaüswechselvorrichtungen für Webstühle, bei welchen die Einstellung der die Auswechselung bewirkenden Teile bei fehlendem Schuß während des Ladenrückganges erfolgt. Dabei wird bisher zugleich das Ausheben des Schützenwächterstechers bewirkt, damit er beim Fehlen des Schützens während des Ladenschlages die Abstellung des Stuhles nicht bewirken kann. Diese Einrichtung gewährt jedoch keine Sicherheit dafür, daß der auszuwerfende Schützen den Auswechselkasten auch wirklich oder vollständig erreicht. Es können sogenann:e Schützenschläge in der Ware und Beschädigungen des Schützens und der Auswechselvorrichtung eintreten, wenn das Auswerfen des Schützens nicht richtig erfolgt, weil der Schützenwächter außer Tätigkeit gesetzt ist.Shooter guards for looms with shooter replacement. Bleibt der Schützen stecken, so bleibt demnach auch der Schützenwächter in Tätigkeit und der Stuhl wird abgestellt, ehe der neue Schützen in den Kasten eingeführt werden kann. Infolgedessen wird der Stecher l also erst dann außer Tätigkeit gesetzt, wenn der Schützen e den Auswechselkasten wirklich verlassen hat, so daß der auszuwerfende Schützen e weder an der Ware noch sonst irgendwelche Zerstörungen und Schäden anrichten kann. Bleibt der Schützen e vor seinem Austritt aus dem Auswechselkasten irgendwo stecken, so wirkt der Schützenwächter frei in der üblichen Weise.
