Description
The invention relates to a hair dye in the form of a cream from neutral to acidic pH based on an aqueous dispersion of a disperse dye and an emulsion containing a C 10-30 fatty alcohol and / or fatty acid glycerol ester as a thickener.
Oxidation dyes are mainly used to dye hair in cosmetics used in conjunction with hydrogen superoxide form a firmly adhering color in the hair. The pH these products are usually in the alkaline range. The disadvantage of alkaline hair treatment agents is known. So they swell the keratin, which embrittles the Leads. In addition, the action of Hydrogen superoxide damages the structure of the hair. Furthermore, it must be taken into account that in more recent ones Time on oxidation dyes (e.g. 2-nitro-1,4-phenylenediamine) mutagenic effects have been demonstrated, so their application is not toxicologically safe.
For disperse dyes, in particular of the azo and anthraquinone type, such effects have not been demonstrated been. There is also a risk of absorption of Neglecting disperse dyes because of this their relatively large particle size is difficult to match human skin to be absorbed. Try hair dye in the form of an oil-in-water emulsion in which the dye is dissolved in the oil phase, showed that the coloring capacity of such emulsions is poor. In the DE-PS 22 16 421 proposes the oil-in-water emulsion an aid, namely a long chain oily Fat derivative to incorporate, among other things, the dye Absorption capacity of the emulsion and thus the coloring ability to increase. However, the effect achieved is not satisfactory.
AS 27 36 067 therefore proposes to leave the disperse dye in the aqueous phase and to thicken it with an emulsion. The thickener is an emulsified mixture of a C 10-30 fatty alcohol and / or fatty acid ester and a paraffinic hydrocarbon. The use of this colorant is contrary to the fact that it is not physiologically perfect. Paraffin hydrocarbons are known to cause skin irritation (acantosis, paraffinoma), and the more or less large proportion of polycyclic aromatics contained in the paraffin hydrocarbon is also not harmless. In terms of application technology, the known hair colorants containing emulsion paints have the disadvantage that they flow at application temperatures. They therefore require the greatest care when applied to the hair.
The invention has for its object a hair dye of the type specified at the beginning, which of dermatological point of view from flawless and simple is to be handled. In addition, it is said to be an elevated one Have an ability to draw.
The task is carried out by the hair dye after Claim 1 solved. Preferred embodiments are in specified in the subclaims.
It has been found that silicone oils or waxes act as Part of the thickener advantageous in two ways are. First, they are all dermatological completely flawless. These substances have Experiments proved to be physiologically indifferent. About that it has also been found that their presence in the hair dye in a finer, more uniform Distribution affects the hair shaft, which is an improvement the absorbency of the dye Consequence.
From FR-PS 20 77 793 it is known for a hair dye with small amounts of oxidation dye Silicone emulsion in combination with glycerin fatty acid ester to use. However, it is a Non-generic agent, and the specified amounts are too low to produce a noticeable thickening effect.
By sharing fatty alcohol or Fatty acid glycerol esters with a non-ionic emulsifier, such as one of the known polyoxyethylene esters or ethers, you get a non-ionic complex emulsifier, the on the formation of a stable oil-in-water emulsion extremely favorable effects. It has been found that the proportion of the lipophilic phase and the emulsifier not too high, but the system predominantly must consist of an aqueous medium so that the Wash out the cream slightly after application and exposure leaves. Therefore, the hair dye contains one Gellulose ether as a secondary thickener. However, around one To prevent agglomeration of the disperse dye a dispersant is used, namely inert inorganic Substances with a large surface area, such as active silica, Bentonite and the like or organic dispersants like the condensation product of naphthalenesulfonic acid and formaldehyde.
The fat component of the thickener is a defined one Glycerol monostearate / palmitate with 90% monoester content, So a distilled defined substance that is free of Impurities and provided the same dosage, always produces the same thickening effect.
Als Sekundärverdicker geeignete Celluloseether sind z. B. Methylcellulose, Ethylcellulose, Hydroxiethylcellulose. Besonders günstig sind Methylcellulose und Methylhydroxiethylcellulose einer Viskosität in der Größenordnung von 800 bis 1200 mPa · s.Suitable cellulose ethers as secondary thickeners are e.g. B. Methyl cellulose, ethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose. Methyl cellulose and methyl hydroxyethyl cellulose are particularly favorable a viscosity of the order of magnitude from 800 to 1200 mPa · s.
The substances fatty alcohol and / or fatty acid glycerol esters plus silicone oil and / or wax are preferred in an amount of 8 to 22%, in particular 10 to 18% used, the fat percentage equal, best should be larger than the silicone portion to make a good one to get applyable cream that doesn't move.
The hair dye according to the invention contains the secondary thickener preferably in an amount of 0.5 to 5%, especially 2% and the dispersant in an amount from 0.5 to 5%, especially 1%. The percentages refer here and in the rest of the description to the Weight of the finished hair dye.
To pull up the disperse dye from the Color cream on hair can further improve him at least one connection, the high affinity to the keratin of the hair. To such compounds include polyvinyl pyrrolidone homo- and copolymers, diethyl phthalate and alkylene glycols. The ternary vinyl pyrrolidone is particularly suitable Vinyl acetate-alkylamine-acrylate copolymer.
Organic sulfur-containing compounds are special preferred group of compounds to increase the Winding force. These include cysteine, cystine, methionine, Thiourea, thioisonicotamide, thioglycolic acid, Thiolactic acid and esters of these acids. Particularly advantageous L-cysteine has been shown. The sulphurous Compounds can be used in amounts of 0.1 to 5% are available.
When using a sulfur-containing compound as Means for improving the absorption of the dye however, it is necessary to chelate the hair Incorporate complexing agents to any existing Bind heavy metal ions and precipitate the corresponding ones To prevent sulfur compound. It can any of the known chelating agents can be used such as B. the ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid in the form of its Alkali salt.
To ensure that the hair dye is well tolerated by the skin and hair care is on one acidic pH, preferably substances, that occur in natural skin fat, namely lactic acid or lactic acid esters of glycerol monostearate and palmate. The pH adjustment can of course also be done with citric acid or another physiologically harmless organic acid.
The hair dye has a relatively high viscosity. they is in the range of approximately 50,000 to 600,000 mPas, preferably 100,000 to 300,000 mPa · s, determined at a temperature of 40 ° C, i.e. the application temperature.
The medium is cream-shaped, which has the great advantage that it is on the hair to be dyed without any special precautions can be applied; it does not drip, and the risk of getting your face or wardrobe dirty, does not exist.
In dieser Tabelle bedeuten:The table below shows a number of examples for the hair dye brought to the illustration serve the invention. In this table:

In the manufacture of the hair dye, the dye ground in isopropanol as a dispersant and added the dispersion of the finished cream. However, rubbing with alcohol is not essential required.
