Ausgangslage: Bisherige Dosiergeräte (Löffel, Schalen , Becher), Initial situation: Previous dosing devices (spoons, bowls, cups),
A test shows that these spoons, cups and bowls have some disadvantages: They are often small, the individual dosages are difficult to identify and there is a risk, not only with "shaky or uncooperative patients", that more or less large quantities of the medicine are "spilled" (dirty clothing / laundry). The result is that the medicine does not have sufficient effect due to the inaccurate dosage.
und zur sicheren Einnahme flüssiger Arzneimittel.and for the safe intake of liquid medicines.
( Einteilig, mit Scharnier Abb. 7 oder zweiteilig = Abb. 8 )(One-piece, with hinge Fig. 7 or two-piece = Fig. 8)
Erreichter Vorteil: Flüssigarzneidosierer Benefit achieved: Liquid medicine dispenser vereinfachen die Abmessung und Gabesimplify the measurement and administration
flüssiger Arzneimittel z.B. bei Behinderten. Pflegebedürftigen. (Tremor / Parkinson), alten Menschen und Kindern beträchtlich.liquid medicines, e.g. for disabled people, people in need of care (tremor/Parkinson's), the elderly and children.
(Prinzip s. Abbildung 1 u. 5) With liquid medicine dispensers - they consist of a measuring module and an application attachment with a drinking tube - the measuring and administration of liquid medicine can be significantly improved. Firstly, because the dosage markings in the measuring module are arranged in stages and are therefore simpler and easier to read than with previous measuring devices. (Principle see Figures 1 and 5)
Secondly, because the closed form with application tube (examples in Figures 2, 6 and 7) prevents spilling of the liquid medicine and thus ensures safe ingestion.
Thirdly, unlike with a spoon, the amount of medication can be "pre-dosed"! The midday and evening doses can be taken in the morning! An advantage in the inpatient and nursing care sector!
Flüssigarzneidosierer steht in drei Meßmodulen zur Verfugung: Liquid medicine dispenser is available in three measuring modules:
je eins für kleinere (1/2 bis 5 ml.),one each for smaller (1/2 to 5 ml.),
mittlere (2,5 bis 10 ml)medium (2.5 to 10 ml)
und größere Volumina (5 bis 20 ml).and larger volumes (5 to 20 ml).
( s. Abb. 3.1 - 3.3 ) There are attachments that are suitable for each medication. The cross-section of the drinking tubes on the application attachment will vary according to the viscosity of the liquid: high viscosity requires larger, low viscosity requires smaller cross-sections or ends of the tubes. (see Fig. 3.1 - 3.3)
Liquid medicine dispensers ensure that the required daily amounts (morning/noon/evening) are "pre-dosed" and that even problem patients can take liquid medicine (alone) ( Fig. 4). The drinking tube allows the required amount to be taken in several small sips - without spilling or slurping - without any risk of accidental contact. "Pre-dosed" therapy becomes safer.
Claims (1)
Liquid/medicine/doser on liquid medicine dispensers as measuring and application aids that can be used for the precise measurement of therapeutic quantities of liquid medicines and for their safe administration (e.g. for disabled people, the elderly, Parkinson's patients and small children). The precise measurement is achieved through the new, "step-shaped measuring scale". The safe administration of liquid medicines is ensured by the "closed vessel shapes with application tube".
(The protection claim extends to liquid medicine dispensers of any material (plastic/glass/metal), shape (round/oval, with and without design, e.g. animal/human/fairy tale character) and size (measuring range 1/2-20 ml.)
