Claims

1. Packaging means comprising a first part, in particular a container, tube or bottle, with a peripheral wall that is flexible at least in regions perpendicular to the peripheral direction, characterized by a second part in the form of a bandage ( 2 ) that surrounds the peripheral wall ( 3 , 4 ) and has first rear gripping means ( 30 , 31 ) that can be brought into rear-engaging relationship with complementary first rear gripping means ( 11 , 12 ) on the peripheral wall of the first part ( 1 ), so that the bandage and the peripheral wall can be deformed together in a direction perpendicular to the peripheral direction.

Packaging means according to claim 1, characterized in that the first rear gripping means comprise at least one pair of substantially axially extending rear gripping webs ( 30 , 31 ) provided at opposite locations of the peripheral wall ( 3 ) of the first part ( 1 ) and the bandage ( 2 ) on one of the parts, which can be axially inserted into complementary rear gripping receptacles ( 11 , 12 ) on the other part.

3. Packaging means according to claim 2, characterized in that each rear gripping web ( 30 , 31 ) has a substantially L- or T-shaped cross-sectional configuration.

4. Packaging means according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that the first rear gripping means ( 11 , 12 , 30 , 31 ) are complementarily conical in shape to create an additional clamping fit.

5. Packaging means according to claim 2, 3 or 4, characterized in that the rear grip receptacle ( 11 , 12 ) is formed on the peripheral wall ( 3 ) of the first part ( 1 ) and the rear grip web ( 30 , 31 ) is formed on the bandage ( 2 ).

Packaging means according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at locations which are different from the arrangement locations of the first rear gripping means, second rear gripping means ( 32 , 33 ) are provided on the bandage ( 2 ), which can be brought into engagement with complementary second rear gripping means ( 15 , 16 ) on the peripheral wall ( 3 ) of the first part ( 1 ) in order to prevent relative rotation between the bandage and the peripheral wall.

7. Packaging means according to claim 6, characterized in that the second rear gripping means ( 15 , 16 , 32 , 33 ) further comprise complementary locking means ( 20 , 34 ) for axially positioning the bandage ( 2 ) relative to the peripheral wall ( 3 ).

8. Packaging means according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that the second gripping means ( 15 , 16 , 32 ) are provided at opposite locations of the bandage ( 2 ) and the peripheral wall ( 3 ).

Packaging means according to claim 6, 7 or 8, characterized in that the second gripping means each comprise a circumferentially spaced pair of gripping recesses ( 15 , 16 ) on the peripheral wall ( 3 ), in which a pair of complementarily spaced gripping elements ( 32 , 33 ) on the bandage ( 2 ) can be received.

10. Packaging means according to claim 6, characterized in that the first and second rear gripping means ( 11 , 12 , 30 , 31 ; 16 , 16 , 32 , 33 ) are provided at locations orthogonally offset to one another with different dimensional stability of the peripheral wall ( 3 ) and the bandage ( 2 ).

11. Packaging means according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the bandage ( 2 ) encloses an end region ( 4 ) of the peripheral wall ( 3 ) in a cap-like manner and has a base ( 28 ).

12. Packaging means according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the bandage ( 2 ) consists of a plastic material with a softer outer surface texture than that of the plastic material of the peripheral wall ( 3 ).

13. Packaging means according to claim 11, characterized in that the plastic material having the softer outer surface texture is an elastomeric material.

14. Packaging means according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the bandage ( 2 ) and the peripheral wall ( 3 ) have complementary deformation-compliant broad sides and deformation-resistant narrow sides and that the first rear-engaging means ( 11 , 12 ; 30 , 31 ) are provided on the deformation-compliant broad sides.
