Description
Die Neuerung betrifft ein Dichtungsband zum Abdichten von Fugen in Gebäudewänden mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs der unabhängigen Schutzansprüche. Derartige Dichtungsbänder sind insbesondere beim Erstellen von Aussenwänden in Baugruben, z.B. für Keller, notwendig. Dichtungsbänder zum Abdecken von Bauwerksfugen sind in einer Vielzahl bekannt und gebräuchlich. Solche Dichtungsbänder bestehen im allgemeinen aus elastisch verformbarem Folienband, auf dessen Randbereiche mit Klebstoff beschichtbare Haftstreifen aufgetragen sind oder in dessen Randbereiche ein grobporiges Gewebe oder Vlies eingelassen ist. Um das Ende bzw. den Anfang von solchen Dichtungsbändern ausreichend zu verankern, (beispielsweise im Bereich von Kellerwänden) ist es bereits bekannt, auch an den Querseiten des Bandes einen seitlichen Randstreifen vorzusehen.
