Zur Steigerung des menschlichen Wohlbefindens werden immer mehr Klimatisierungseinrichtungen eingesetzt. Dies trifft insbesondere für Fahrzeuge aller Art zu. Als neuster Trend werden Sitzbelüftungen realisiert. Fahrzeuge, wie z.B. die neue Mercedes S-Klasse haben dafür aufwendige Einbauten in den Fahrzeugsitzen. Auch der Zubehöhrhandel bietet Lösungen an. Alle Lösungen erfordern jedoch einen sehr hohen Aufwand, um eine gleichmäßige Verteilung der Luft bzw. der Luftströmung zu realisieren. In der Regel sind separate Einbauten oder Gestelle erforderlich, Im Zubehörhandel werden z.B. Systeme angeboten, bei denen die komplette Sitzform mit einem stoffüberzogenem Kunststoffgestell nachgebildet wird. Hierzu sind je nach Sitzgröße und Sitzform unterschiedliche Kunststoffteile und damit auch Spritzgußwerkzeuge erforderlich.To increase human well-being, more and more air conditioning systems are being used. Über die Luftzuführungsebene (3) wird die Luftströmung (7) in alle Bereiche der Sitzbelüftung transportiert. Die Schichten der Luftpolsterfolie zwischen der Luftzuführungsebene (3) und der Luftverteilungsebene (4) besitzen Ausströmungslöcher (6), aus denen die Luftströmung (7) austritt. Über die Luftverteilungsebene (4) wird erreicht, daß sich die Luftströmung (7) gleichmäßig verteilen kann. Über einen Schonbezug (8) werden die Noppen (5) der Luftverteilungsebene geschützt und der Kontakt zum Sitzenden hergestellt.
