Durch das Prinzip Einfallwinkel ist gleich Ausfallwinkel wird dann der Blick hinter das Fahrzeug gelenkt. Zur Optimierung der Sichtfläche wird die Spiegelfläche Konvex oder Doppel-Konvex geformt. Die Spiegelvorrichtung kann bei Fahrzeugen, die mit einer dritten Bremsleuchte ausgerüstet sind, derart ausgeformt werden, daß diese dritte Bremsleuchte mittels einer Aussparung in den Kunststoffkörper der Spiegelvorrichtung integriert wird.Attachment of a mirror device to the rear window of the vehicle.
