Der im Schutzanspruch zu 1 angegebenen Erfindungen liegen mehrere Probleme zugrunde.The inventions specified in claim 1 are based on several problems.

1. Die bei der Benutzung in der Gastronomie und im Catering den Benutzern zur Verfügung gestellten Löffel gehen zu einem hohen Prozentsatz verloren. Selbst Geschirrspülmaschinen, die Bestecke mit Hilfe von Magneten von Tabletten abheben, bedürfen der permanenten Überwachung durch Personal, da dies nur funktioniert, wenn die Löffel nicht zwischen mehreren übereinandergestapelten Tellern liegen.2.
