Description

Schmuckurne
Schmuckurnen dienen gewöhnlich dazu, in ihrem Inneren eine die Asche eines Verstorbenen aufnehmende Metallkapsel aufzunehmen. Sie werden herkömmlicherweise aus Granit, Marmor sowie - dann gewöhnlich industriell - aus Blech, Bronzeguß, Holz oder Ton hergestellt.
All diese Urnen sind vollkommen undurchsichtig, so daß ihr Inhalt auch nicht vage zu erkennen ist. Darüber hinaus sind sie zum Teil verrottbar und besitzen sie ein serienfertigungsmäßiges Aussehen.
Demgegenüber löst die Erfindung das Problem, eine dauerhafte Urne mit individuellem, künstlerischem Aussehen schaffen zu können, in welcher zudem ihr Inhalt diskret in Erscheinung zu treten vermag.
Diese Aufgabe ist durch die im Schutzanspruch angegebene Gestaltung gelöst.
Das verwendete Material - Glas - ist praktisch unverrottbar. Es kann in verhältnismäßig einfacher Weise, etwa durch Einfärbung, Aufschmelzung, Ätzung oder sonstige Oberflächenbehandlung in individueller Weise künstlerisch gestaltet werden, wobei dem Werkstoff Glas von vorne herein ein repräsentatives Aussehen eigen ist. Bei diskreter Transparenz kann etwa die im Inneren befindliche Metallkapsel vage in Erscheinung treten. Dies und die Unverrottbarkeit kommen der erfindungsgemäßen Urne vor allem bei offener Aufstellung, wie etwa in Bestattungsmauern, zustatten.

  1. Schutzanspruch:
    Schmuckurne, beispielsweise für Bestattungszwecke, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus Glas besteht.
