Die Erfindung betrifft eine Pendelleuchte mit einem Leuchtenkörper, welcher mittels eines Abhängeseils an einer Decke aufgehängt ist, sowie mit einem Stromkabel von der Decke zu dem Leuchtenkörper für die Spannungsversorgung, wobei das Stromkabel von einer rohrförmigen Verkleidung umgeben ist.The invention relates to a pendant lamp with a lamp body which is suspended from a ceiling by means of a suspension cable, and with a power cable from the ceiling to the lamp body for the voltage supply, wherein the power cable is surrounded by a tubular covering.

Im Gegensatz zu den Leuchten, deren Leuchtenkörper direkt an der Decke befestigt ist, sind die sogenannten Pendelleuchten dadurch charakterisiert, daß ihr Leuchtenkörper mit Abstand unterhalb der Decke hängt. Zu diesem Zweck ist der Leuchtenkörper mit wenigstens einem Abhängeseil an der Decke aufgehängt. Weiterhin ist von der Decke zu dem Leuchtenkörper eine Stromzuleitung für die elektrische Spannungsversorgung der Lampe geführt. Dieses Stromkabel kann frei in der Luft hängen, was oftmals aber vom Aussehen her stört. Deshalb kann vorgesehen sein, daß das Stromkabel in einer rohrförmigen Verkleidung verläuft, so daß das Stromkabel als solches gar nicht mehr sichtbar ist und insbesondere durch das Rohr einen geraden Verlauf von der Decke zu dem Leuchtenkörper beschreibt. Hierzu ist es lediglich erforderlich, die Teleskopelemente gegeneinander zu verschieben. In der Regel werden dabei zwei Teleskopelemente vorhanden sein. Grundsätzlich ist es aber auch denkabr, daß mehr als zwei Teleskopelemente vorgesehen sind. Die Pendelleuchte ist an einer Decke 1 eines Raumes aufgehängt. Zu diesem Zweck ist zunächst an der Decke 1 ein sogenannter Deckenbaldachin 2 befestigt. In diesem Deckenbaldachin 2 mündet aus der Decke 1 ein Stromkabel 3 für die elektrische Spannungsversorgung der Leuchte. Der eigentliche Leuchtenkörper 4 der Leuchte hängt an einem Abhängeseil 5. Dieses Abhängeseil 5 läuft dicht neben dem Stromkabel 3. Beide sind von einer rohrförmigen Verkleidung 6 umgeben, d.h. das Stromkabel 3 und das Abhängeseil 5 verlaufen innerhalb dieses Verkleidungsrohres. Diese rohrförmige Verkleidung 6 ist in den Deckenbaldachin 2 eingehängt und vor allem teleskopartig ausgebildet. Dies bedeutet, daß das untere, rohrförmige Teleskopelement 6' bezüglich des oberen, feststehenden sowie ebenfalls rohrförmigen Teleskopelement 6" ausgezogen oder hineingeschoben werden kann. Somit kann der individuelle Abstand des Leuchtenkörpers 4 von der Decke 1 entsprechend eingestellt werden. Die Darstellung in Fig. 2 läßt erkennen, daß zwischen den beiden Teleskopelementen 6', 6" eine Verrasteinrichtung 7 mit einem federbelasteten Rastknopf vorgesehen ist.The pendant light is suspended from the ceiling 1 of a room.
