Mit Fig. 1 ist das Verbundprofil als Eckpfosten dargestellt, das aus zwei bandbeschichteten Profilen 1+2 und zwei Kunststoff prof ilen 5 hergestellt ist. Die Bandbeschichtung DX 51 DZ 275 NA-C gewährleistet gegen Witterungseinflüsse innen und außen einen Schutz. Unter Verwendung von Haftmitteln kann eine Farbgestaltung mit herkömmlichen Mitteln aufgebracht werden. Beide Profile werden aus Spaltband im kaltwalzverfahren hergestellt. Das Eckprofil 1,2 + 5 ist ein in sich geschlossenes Hohlprofil und weist ein hohes Widerstandsmoment auf.
