Aufgrund dieses zweiteiligen Beschlages kann durch Betätigung der Verstellvorrichtung das am Tür- oder Fensterrahmen angebrachte Beschlagteil auch nachträglich relativ zu dem am Gebäudeteil angebrachten Beschlagteil in seiner Ausrichtung verändert werden, wodurch sich der Tür- oder Fensterrahmen insgesamt nachjustieren läßt. Um die beiden Beschlagteile bei einer derartigen Ausgestaltung relativ zueinander festzulegen, ist der Stellschraube ein verstellbares Abstandselement zugeordnet, wobei es sich beispielsweise um eine Madenschraube handeln kann, mittels der das von der Stellschraube durchgriffene Beschlagteil gegen den Kopf der Stellschraube gespannt werden kann.
