Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Hohlkörper zur Aufnahme mindestens eines Würfels, mit einer Wandung, aufzuzeigen, der das Problem des Herunterfaliens, des Verlorengehens und des Verschluckens kleiner Würfel beseitigt. Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß die Wandung des Hohlkörpers durchsichtig und für jeden Würfel allseitig geschlossen ausgebildet ist, und daß die Wandung zu mehr als 90 % ebene Oberflächenabschnitte aufweist. Der neue Hohlkörper wird wie ein überdimensionierter einzelner Würfel verwendet, d. h. geworfen. Durch, die Ausbildung der Wandung des Hohlkörpers im wesentlichen aus ebenen Oberflächenabschnitten kommt der Hohlkörper auf einem dieser ebenen Oberflächenabschnitte auf der jeweiligen Unterlage zuverlässig zur Ruhe. Dabei liegen die Würfel auf der Innenseite des jeweiligen Oberflächenabschnitts. Abgelesen werden können die Würfel durch die durchsichtige Wandung des Hohlkörpers hindurch. Die Würfel sind also sichtbar, aber nicht einzeln zugänglich. Sie können daher weder einzeln herunterfallen, verlorengehen noch verschluckt oder manipuliert werden. Ein Herunterfallen des gesamten Hohlkörpers ist vergleichsweise unwahrscheinlich, ebenso wie sein Verlorengehen. Eine Gefahr des Verschluckens des gesamtem Hohlkörpers durch Kinder besteht nicht. Die Abmessungen des Hohlkörpers sind so abzustimmen, daß er bequem gefaßt und geworfen werden kann. Gleichzeitig muß er für die vorgesehene Anzahl der Würfel bestimmter Größe ausreichend große Flächen der ebenen Oberflächenabschnitte bereitstellen. Auf jedem ebenen Oberflächenabschnitt müssen alle Würfel bequem nebeneinander Platz finden, damit sie eine definierte und eindeutig ablesbare Lage nach einem Wurf des Hohlkörpers einnehmen können. Die Würfel 10 können wie die Wandung 2 aus durchsichtigem Kunststoff ausgebildet sein.
