Die Neuerung betrifft einen stapelbaren Einkaufswagen, der mit gleichen Wagen platzsparend ineinanderschiebbar ist, mit einem Korb, mit einer Schiebeeinrichtung und mit wenigstens einer um eine horizontale Achse verschwenkbaren Babyschale, deren Schalenrücken in Schieberichtung des Einkaufswagens weist.The innovation concerns a stackable shopping cart that can be pushed into one another to save space, with a basket, with a sliding device and with at least one baby seat that can be pivoted about a horizontal axis and whose back faces in the pushing direction of the shopping cart.

Es ist bekannt, die Körbe von Einkaufswagen an ihrem hinteren Ende durch eine schwenkbare Klappe zu verschließen, um ein platzsparendes Ineinanderschieben der Einkaufswagen zu ermöglichen. Beim Ineinanderschiebevorgang zweier Einkaufswagen drückt dabei der Korb des hinteren Einkaufswagens die Klappe des vorausbefindliehen Einkaufswagens nach oben. Bekannt sind ferner Einkaufswagen, die nahe ihrer Schiebeeinrichtung wenigstens eine Babyschale tragen, wobei inzwischen vorgeschlagen wurde, die Baby schale um eine horizontale Achse drehbar am Einkaufswagen so anzuordnen, daß beim Stapelvorgang zweier Einkaufswagen die wenigstens eine Babyschale des einzuschiebenden Einkaufswagens automatisch nach oben geschwenkt wird. Während das Verschwenken einer Klappe noch relativ leicht vonstatten geht, erfordert das Hochschwenken der wenigstens einen Babyschale doch einen erheblichen Kraftaufwand, da der Schalenrücken der hinteren Babyschale an der starren Schiebeeinrichtung des vorausbefindlichen Einkaufswagens aufgleitet.It is known to close the baskets of shopping carts at their rear end with a pivoting flap in order to enable the shopping carts to be pushed into one another in a space-saving manner. Fig. 1 zeigt einen herkömmlichen, mit gleichen Wagen platzsparend ineinanderschiebbaren Einkaufswagen 1. Er weist ein Fahrgestell 2 auf, das einen Korb 3 trägt. Am Korb 3 oder am Fahrgestell 2 ist im rückwärtigen Bereich des Einkaufswagens 1 eine Schiebeeinrichtung 6 in der bevorzugten Form eines Griffrohres 7 vorgesehen. Oberhalb des Korbes 3 sind eine oder zwei Babyschalen 9 angeordnet, die, mit ihrem Schalenrücken 10 in Schieberichtung (Pfeil) des Einkaufswagens 1 weisend, von einem Gestell 8 oder ähnlichem getragen, um eine horizontale, quer zur Schieberichtung des Einkaufswagens 1 sich erstreckende Achse 11 nach oben verschwenkbar gelagert sind. Anschläge begrenzen den Schwenkbereich. Die Rückseite des Korbes 3 wird in bekannter Weise durch eine in das Korbinnere nach oben verschwenkbare Klappe 4 gebildet, die ebenfalls um eine horizontal gelegene Achse 5 bewegbar gelagert ist. Die Schwenkachse 11 der wenigstens einen Babyschale 9 und die horizontale Achse 5 der Klappe 4 sind bevorzugt identisch. Die beiden Achsen 5,11 können aber auch getrennt angeordnet sein. Der Doppelpfeil zeigt den Schwenkbereich der wenigstens einen Babyschale 9. Im Beispiel ist an oder auf der quer zur Schieberichtung des Einkaufswagens 1 sich erstreckenden Schiebeeinrichtung 6 wenigstens ein um eine horizontale Achse 13 drehbares Rollteil 12 vorgesehen, das auf Höhe des Schalenrückens 10 des oder der Babyschalen 9 angeordnet ist. Das mindestens eine Rollteil 12 kann aber auch nahe der Schiebeeinrichtung 6, also außerhalb der Schiebeeinrichtung 6 auf einer gesondert angeordneten horizontalen Achse vorgesehen sein. Jedes Rollteil 12 ist gewöhnlich als eine aus Kunststoff bestehende Hülse gestaltet, die mit etwas Spiel auf die zylindrische Schiebeeinrichtung 6 aufgeschoben oder aufgesetzt ist. Weist die Schiebeeinrichtung 6 einen nichtzylindrischen Querschnitt auf, ist das wenigstens eine Rollteil 12, wie schon erwähnt, außerhalb der Schiebeeinrichtung 6 angeordnet.Fig. 1 shows a conventional shopping cart 1 that can be pushed into one another to save space with other carts. Fig. 2 zeigt, wie ein rückwärtiger Einkaufswagen 1 in einen vorausbefmdlichen Einkaufswagen 1' eingeschoben wird. Im Verlauf des an sich bekannten Einschiebevorganges stößt der in Schieberichtung des Einkaufswagens 1 schräg ansteigende Schalenrücken 10 der wenigstens einen Babyschale 9 des rückwärtigen Einkaufswagens 1 an das mindestens eine am vorausbefmdlichen Einkaufswagen &Ggr; angeordnete Rollteil 12 an. Dadurch daß der Verlauf des Schalenrückens 10 in Schieberichtung des Einkaufswagens 1 betrachtet schräg ansteigt, wird im Verlauf des Einschiebevorganges die wenigstens eine Babyschale 9 des rückwärtigen Einkaufswagens 1 um die horizontale Achse 11, in der Zeichnung linksdrehend nach oben verschwenkt, siehe Pfeil.
