Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Erfrischungsgetränk.The invention relates to a soft drink.
Aus zahlreicher Literatur ist bekannt, daß die Einnahme von Fructose und Vitamin-C (Ascorbinsäure) nach erfolgtem Alkoholgenuß den Alkoholabbau im menschlichen Körper signifikant beschleunigt (Bode, J.C1 Deutsche med. Wschr. 100 (1975) S. 1849 -1851; Dietl, H. und Ohlenschläger G., Umschau aus Wissenschaft und Technik, 155 Nr.5 (1977)). In der internationalen Patentanmeldung WO 96/06538 ist dementsprechend ein nichtalkoholisches Erfrischungsgetränk in seiner Zusammensetzung beschrieben, das die Kombination von Fructose und Vitamin-C enthält.
