5The invention relates to devices for alternative power generation and storage for bicycles or similar multi-wheeled vehicles for the purpose of lighting and for other energy consumers. 5
Known energy generation systems for bicycles and similar multi-wheeled vehicles get their energy for lighting from batteries or dynamos, which, however, are vulnerable due to their mechanical parts, consume part of the drive energy of vehicles, and cause noise and pollution.
The aim of the present invention is therefore to construct an energy generation system in such a way that no drive energy is consumed for the generation of electricity, the mechanical and thus repair-prone energy generators are replaced and a contribution is made to the preservation of our environment by eliminating quickly wearing batteries. A device must be constructed that can perform as many tasks as possible at the same time.
The object is achieved according to the invention in that at least one solar module is attached to the vehicle, which provides sufficient energy for lighting the vehicle at night. The energy can be temporarily stored in a battery. At night, the lighting can be taken from the battery without reducing the driving performance. The batteries are recharged by the solar modules the next day.

Zusätzlich ist eine Solarmodul - Beleuchtungseinheit ( 3) dargestellt.Fig. 1 shows the side view of a possible multi-wheeled vehicle (1), which is preferably shown with several installation options for photovoltaic solar modules (2) and a battery container (4). In addition, a solar module lighting unit (3) is shown.
Fig. 1 to 3 show several preferred embodiments of energy generation systems in several views on a vehicle. This is only a part of the possible shapes and fastening options. The basic structure of all systems is generally the same and the external shape depends on the size, purpose, manufacturer of the vehicle and the conditions in the country of use. Energy is generated via solar modules (8) with a control device. These can consist of a single system and/or be combined with the energy storage device and/or with a light. Basically, the solar modules (8) are attached to the outside of the devices because of the incidence of light. The fastening of the solar modules (8) can be done using detachable connections, but better using non-detachable connections because of theft protection. The latter variant results in another preferred embodiment. Permanently connected to the frame, the device becomes a component of the frame and can thus have a forgery-proof number (9) incorporated. The batteries (7), the lighting (5) and the solar modules (8) can be manufactured as individual components or as combined devices and offered according to the customer's requirements. The front headlight (10), solar module (8), battery (7) and rear light (5) can therefore be installed together in one housing or in several housings in the desired combination.
