Das Stützprofil, das mit 68 bezeichnet ist, kann im Querschnitt im weitestens Sinne als E-förmig bezeichnet werden. Während der senkrechte Strich des E gegen die auch hier mit 10 bezeichnete Grundplatte anliegt, umgreift der mit 70 bezeichnete untere Querstrich des E, bezogen auf die untere Rahmengestaltung in Fig. 8, die Dekorplatte 12 von außen.
