GENAUE BESCHREIBUNG DER BEVORZUGTEN AUSFÜHRUNGSFORM In den Figuren 1, 2A, 2B, 3, 4 und 5 ist ein Gartenwerkzeug gezeigt, das aus einem Betätigungshandgriff 1, einem drehbaren Teil 2, einem Paar Schneidemessern 3 und einem Polster 4 besteht. A tool handle construction having a first handle for holding a pair of cutting blades, a second handle pivotally connected to the first handle and moved relative to the first handle to open and close the cutting blades to cut things, and a compression spring disposed between said first and second handles, said first handle having an elongated top surface, two longitudinal rows of mounting holes disposed on both sides of said elongated top surface, two gently curved end wings disposed on both sides at one end, two protruding blocks protruding inwardly from the end wings, a rectangular opening defined between said blocks, a rectangular fixing opening disposed behind said protruding blocks and connected to said rectangular opening, and a pad covering said top surface, said pad having two longitudinal rows of mounting blocks disposed on both sides of the bottom surface and engaging with the corresponding rows of mounting holes, a elongated rib fitted into the rectangular opening between the protruding blocks and an end hook bent in the rectangular fixing opening.

2. The tool handle construction of claim 1, wherein the pad further comprises a plurality of resilient transverse ribs disposed between the mounting blocks and 0 abutting against the top.
