Description
- Rieselgut und an der Baustelle mit Wasser verrührter Stoff als Bewurf bzw. Putz für Hausinnenwände und für Gebäudefassaden.
- Zusatz zu P 24 12 919.9 Die Erfindung betrifft ein trockenes Rieselgut und an der Baustelle mit Wasser verrührter Stoff als Bewurf bzw. Putz fllr Hausinnenwände und für Gebäudefassaden. Das Erfinerische gestaltet P 24 12 919.9 aus und ist gekennzeichnet durch folgende Zusammensetzung: 37,5 - 38,0 % Weißzement (oder Grauzement) 2 - 8,0 % Perlit 0,2 - 0,5 mm Kornstärke 6 - 15 Bimsgranulat 0,3 - 4 mm 8,0% Kalkhydrat Ca (OH) 2 4,5 - 10,0 % Jura-Steinmehl (Calciumcarbonat) 0,6 - 0,8 % Styropor-Granulat 0,2 - 0,3 mm (Polystyrol-Hartschaum) 3,5 - 4,4 % Styropor gemahlen (Schrot) 1 - 2 mm (Polystyrol-Hartschaum) 0,3 % Methylcellulose 5,0 % Aluminiumsilikat AL2 SiO5 14 - 25,0 % Quarz (Kieselsäure Si O2, Kornstärke 0,2 -0,5 mm (alles Gewichtsprozente mit Toleranzen von 10% su Jedem Wert).
- Gegebenenfalls mit den Zutaten (einzeln oder zusammen): a) 0,4% Styropor - Sägmehl 0,3 - 0,5 Kornstärke (Polystyrol-Hartschaum) b) 1,5% Cellulosefasern c) 0,7% Glimmer Diese Ausgettaltungen wurden aus der Aufgabenstellung heraus erfunden, bei bestmöglichen Wärmedämmwerten und bei bequemer Verarbeitbarkeit (Fördern bzw. Pumpen vor Ort und Auftragen bzw. Aufspritzen auf die Fassade) die Gestehungskosten des Stoffes nieder zu halten.
- Es sind teilweise Mischbereiche der Einzelstoffe angegeben.
- Diese Bereiche ermöglichen es dem Handwerker, das zu verarbeitende Gut besonderen Begehren (seies es solche vom Handwerker selber, seien es solche des AuStraggebers) anzupassen.
- Z.B. ist folgende Mischung besonders für einen Rakelputz geeignet: 37,5 % Weißzement 8,0% Perlitte o,2 - 0,5 mm 8,0 % Kalkhydrat Ca (OH) 2 4,5 % Juraeteinmehl (Calciumcarbonat) 15,0 % Bimsgranulat 3 - 4 mm 0,8 % Styropor vorgeschäumt 0,2 - 0,3 mm 3,5 % Styropor gemahlen (Schrot) 1 - 2 mm 5,0 % Aluminiumsilikat A12 S s 02 1,5 % Cellulosefaser 0,3 % Methylcellulose 0,7 % Glimmer 14,2 % Quarz (Kieselsäure) Si O2, Kornstärke 0,2 - 0,5 mm.
Claims (1)
- Anspruches1.) Trockenes Rieselgut, an der Baustelle mit Wasser verrührter Stoff als Bewurf bzw. Putz für Hausinnenwände und für Gebäudefassaden, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Zusammensetzung: 37,5 - 38,0 % Weißzement 2 - 8,0 % Perlite o,2 - 0,5 mm Kornstärke 6 - 15 % Bimsgranulat o,2 - 4 mm 8,0 % Kalkhydrat Ca (OH) 2 4,5 - 10,0 % Jura-Steinmehl (Calciumcarbonat 0.6 - 0.8 % Styropor Granulat 0,2 - 0,3 mm (Polystyrol-Hartschaum) 3,5 - 4,4 % Styropor gemahlen (Schrot) 1- 2 mm " 0,3 % Metylcellulose 5,0 ß Aluminiwasilikat AL2 S105 14 - 25,0% Quarz (Kieselsäure Si o2, Kornstärke 0,2 -0,5 mm alles Gewichtsprozente (mit Toleranzen von 10% zu jedem Wert).2. )Zutat zur Mischung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch 0,4 % Styropor - Sägmehl 0,3 - 0,5 Kornstärke (Polystyrol-Hartschaum) 3.) Zutat zur Mischung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch 1,5 % Cellulosefasern.4.) Zutat zur Mischung nach einem der Anspruche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch 0,7 % Glimmer.5.) Zutat zur Mischung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch 0,2 bis 0,4 % Z@nkseife als Hydrophobierungselement.
