Abstract

Die Klammern üben dabei Zugkräfte derart aus, dass der Textilstoff von der Fußfläche weg ballig verformt wird, so dass auch die Garniturspitzen in unerwünschter Weise nach außen auf einer konvex geformten Hüllkurve angeordnet sind. Der so hergestellte Deckelsatz hat unbenutzt eine Genauigkeit von 0,05 mm in Höhe und Ebenheit. Durch Benutzung werden die Höhenunterschiede im Satz auf ca. 0,2 mm vergrößert. Durch Nachschärfen der Garnitur auf der Maschine wird die Genauigkeit nur unwesentlich verbessert.
