Abstract

A v-shaped wire (16) is fixed inside a transparent cap (10) to be pushed over the head of the plastic fish (14). A loop (18) formed at the tip of the V (16) is guided through an opening at the front of the cap (10). The ends of the wire (16) are also bent into loops, holding treble hooks (28) which are inserted with one of their ends (30) into the body of the bait (14). A weight (32) can be accommodated in a small space provided in the lower area of the cap (10).

Claims

1. Device for connecting an artificial bait fish ( 14 , 14 ') to at least one fishing hook ( 28 ), characterized by a hood ( 10 , 10 ') to which the at least one fishing hook ( 28 ) is attached and which has a cavity ( 12 ) for receiving the head of the bait fish ( 14 , 14 '), and by releasable fastening means ( 16 , 28 ) for holding the head of the bait fish ( 14 , 14 ') in the cavity ( 12 ) of the hood ( 10 , 10 ').

2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the hood ( 10 , 10 ') consists of transparent plastic.
