Abstract

Sie besteht aus Metall und wird in zu schaffende Aussparungen in bestehende Türen bzw. Mauerdurchbrüche installiert. Der Vorteil dieser Vorrichtung besteht darin, dass die Türklappe von den Tieren unabhängig von menschlicher Hilfe morgens bei Tagesanbruch geöffnet wird. Das durch das Fenster in der Türklappe eindringende Morgenlicht veranlasst die Tiere, auf dieses zuzugehen. Dabei treten sie auf eine Wippe, die mit einem Türöffnungsauslöser (Haken) gekoppelt ist. Durch Anheben des Auslösers wird die Tür entriegelt. Durch die Trapezform der Türklappe bewirkt die Schwerkraft dieser, dass sie sich nach Entriegelung selbständig öffnet (und dann geöffnet bleibt). Claims

The poultry door flap opens to the right and consists of the following parts:
1 × door frame (1 - Fig. 1) with 4 corner connectors (2 - Fig. 2), 2x hinge brackets (3 - Fig. 2), 1 × trigger guide (4 - Fig. 2)
1 × window flap (7 - Fig. 1) with 3 × glass brackets (8 - Fig. 1), 1 × glass pane (9 - Fig. 1), 1 × rocker brake (10 - Fig. 3), 2 × hinges (11 - Fig. 3) and 1 × locking bracket (12 - Fig. 3)
1 × rocker plate (13 - Fig. 3)
1 × rocker plate bearing (14 - Fig. 3)
1 × shutter release (15 - Fig. 4)
The door frame, consisting of sheet metal, is formed in a bending device and joined together using a spot welding process.
At the four corners of the door frame there are corner connectors made of sheet metal and attached using spot welding. The four corner connectors each have a round hole. The round holes serve as screw guides for attaching the poultry door flap.
Furthermore, there is an open slot (5 - Fig. 1) on the inside of each of the two lower corner connectors to accommodate and guide the rocker plate bearing, which connects the rocker plate to the door frame.
The two round holes (6 - Fig. 2) located in the front area of the left and right lower side walls serve to accommodate the rocker plate bearings.
The elongated hole on the lower right side wall is used to lock the rocker brake when the window flap is open.
The trigger guide, made of sheet metal and formed in a bending device, serves to guide the trigger and is spot-welded to the left inner side wall of the door frame.
The two hinge brackets for holding the hinges of the window flap are spot-welded onto the top and bottom right sides. They are made of sheet metal, are formed in a bending device and each have a round hole to hold the hinge rods of the window flap.
The window flap, consisting of sheet metal, is formed in a bending device.
The three glass retaining brackets made of sheet metal and the locking bracket made of sheet metal are attached to the inside using a spot welding process.
The glass retaining bracket and locking bracket are formed using a bending device.
The rocker brake, made of sheet metal and formed using a bending device, and the two hinges made of round iron in the upper and lower areas of the angle on the right-hand side of the door flap are also attached using a spot welding process on the lower right-hand side.

The round holes (16 - Fig. 3) on the right and left side walls serve to accommodate the rocker plate bearing, which is made of round iron and formed using a bending device and which connects the rocker plate to the door frame.
The round hole on the left upper side (17 - Fig. 3) serves to accommodate the trigger, which is made of round iron and formed in a bending device. This stands loosely on the angle located on the left underside of the rocker plate and is thus locked.
The shutter release is still guided by the shutter release guide located on the left inner side wall (4 - Fig. 2).
