Abstract

The object of the invention is to provide letter trays for filing documents, so that a plurality of letter trays can be stacked inside and upon one another, occupy little space and when stacked form a vertical stack. This is achieved by letter trays comprising a bottom, two side walls, a rear wall and a front opening opposite the rear wall with outwardly inclined side walls and outwardly oriented supports arranged on the front, outwardly inclined edges of the side walls, said supports being supported on the upper edge of the side walls of a letter tray that acts as a support, and said supports forming an angle with the approximately horizontal upper edge of the side walls which is smaller than 90°.

Im hinteren Bereich der Papierablagen fehlt ein solcher Fuß, weshalb ein auf eine solche auf einer ebenen Fläche aufgestellte Papierablage nach hinten abfällt. In die Höhe gestapelt würde sich daher ein geneigter Turm bilden, der zudem einen Versatz der jeweils oberen Papierablage zur darunter angeordneten nach hinten aufweist. Letter trays which can be stacked on top of one another and inside one another for storing documents, comprising a base ( 1 ), two outwardly inclined side walls ( 2 , 3 ), a rear wall ( 4 ) and a front opening into the letter tray arranged opposite the rear wall ( 4 ) with support extensions ( 5 ) directed laterally outwards on the front outwardly inclined edges of the side walls ( 2 , 3 ) at the opening for resting on the upper edge of the side walls ( 2 , 3 ) of a letter tray serving as a support, characterized in that the support extensions ( 5 ) are not arranged vertically but at an angle of less than 90° to the approximately horizontally running upper edge of the side walls.

2. Letter trays which can be stacked on top of one another and inside one another according to claim 1, characterized in that the base plate ( 1 ) is dimensioned such that it can be placed on conventional letter trays, so that the letter trays can be combined with one another.
