Abstract

The bottle closure system (1) system is designed so that turning the cap (10) puts a loading on the projection (23) on the originality ring (20) to increase the tension on the weak part (22) of the ring and break it, allowing the two ends (20a,b) of the ring to separate. Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schraubverschluß für einen Behälter, insbesondere Kanister. Die Erfindung ist überall dort einsetzbar, wo es auf einen hohen Sicherheitsstandard und Erkennbarkeit von unbefugtem Handtieren bzw. unbefugtes Erstöffnen ankommt.The invention relates to a screw cap for a container, in particular a canister. Aus der Praxis und einschlägigen Literatur (Patent- und Fachliteratur) sind eine Vielzahl von Verschlüssen, Schraubverschlüsse für Behälter, Flaschen und dergleichen mit unterschiedlichen Sicherungssystemen bekannt. Es sind Schraubverschlüsse vorgeschlagen worden, die zum Zwecke der Originalitätssicherung mit einem Sperr- bzw. Sicherungsring fest verbunden sind, die beim Lösen (Abschrauben) des Verschlusses von diesem abgerissen werden. Zum Teil wird der Ring hierbei auch aufgerissen. Der Ring hat zu diesem Zweck eine sägeartige Innenverzahnung, in die die Verschlußkappe mit einer Außenverzahnung und zum anderen Vorsprünge am Behälterhals eingreifen. Beim Zuschrauben der Verschlußkappe nimmt diese den Ring mit und die Zähne des Ringes springen über die Vorsprünge des Behälters. Beim Lösen der Verschlußkappe halten die Vorsprünge den Ring am Behälter fest, die Verschraubung dreht sich allein gegenüber dem Ring und reißt an der Verbindungsstelle ab. Ein Nachteil dieser Schraubverschlüsse aus Kunststoff besteht darin, daß die Verschlußkappe nach dem Öffnen des Verschlusses wieder mit dem Sicherungsring verschweißt werden kann, wodurch der ursprüngliche Zustand erneut herstellbar und der Verschluß unter Vortäuschung der Originalität wieder einsetzbar ist. Durch dieses unbefugte nachträgliche Wiederverbinden von Verschlußkappe und Sicherungsring ist keine Gewähr für Originalität gegeben. Beispielsweise ist in der DE 195 12 108 eine Vorrichtung gegen unbefugte Erstöffnung mit einem spezifisch ausgestalteten Schutzelement und einer Abreißlasche beschrieben, wobei die Abreißlasche mit einer Signalfarbe (reflektorreflektierende Farbbeschichtung) für den Benutzer versehen werden kann, was verhältnismäßig aufwendig ist. Ein weiterer und gravierender Nachteil herkömmlicher Originalitätsverschlüsse besteht darin, daß die relativ schwach dimensionierten Stege, die beim Abschrauben zuverlässig abreißen müssen, beim Aufschraubvorgang, insbesondere beim maschinellen Aufschraubprozeß, Schwachpunkte darstellen und bereits vorzeitig ganz oder teilweise wegbrechen bzw. abreißen können. Nachteilig hierbei ist, daß der Abrißring (Originalitätsring) beim Abschrauben des Verschlusses ganz von der Verschlußkappe abreißt und im unversehrten Zustand am Behälterhals verbleibt, so daß für den Verbraucher auf den ersten Blick nicht zu erkennen ist, ob der Behälter schon einmal geöffnet wurde. Das Gebrauchsmuster DE 200 14 675 beinhaltet eine Verschlußkappe, insbesondere für Getränkeflaschen oder Behältnisse für Pharmazeutika, mit einem Deckel, der beim Aufsetzen durch axiale Bewegung bzw. manuelles Aufschrauben angehoben wird. Hierbei wird ein zentraler Bereich des Deckels mit Stege verbunden, die beim Aufschrauben dehnbar sind und ein teilweises Anheben des Deckels realisieren. Der erfindungsgemäß ausgebildete Schraubverschluß 1 fur einen Behälter, insbesondere Kanister, umfaßt gemäß den Figuren 1 bis 3 eine Gewindekappe 10 mit einem geschlossenen und einem offenen Ende, einen am offenen Ende der Gewindekappe 10 über deren Außenumfang vorstehenden kreisförmigen Flanschrand 11, einen kreisförmigen Originalitätsring 20, der über Abreißsegmente 12 mit der Gewindekappe 10 verbunden ist und an dessen Unterseite schräg nach innen ausgerichtete Rastsegmente 24 und am äußeren Gewindekappenumfang Griffelemente 14 angeordnet sind. Der Schraubverschluß 1 besteht aus bruchsicherem Kunststoff. Der Originalitätsring 20 weist eine Trennstelle 21 (Unterbrechung) auf, d. h. ist umfangmäßig geteilt und die beiden Enden 20a, b des unterbrochenen Originalitätsringes 20 sind über einen als Sollbruchstelle bzw. Bruchstelle ausgebildeten Abrißsteg 22 miteinander verbunden (siehe Detail C). Es ist mindestens eine Trennstelle 21 vorgesehen, vorzugsweise sind zur Überbrückung zwischen den Enden 20a, b des Originalitätsringes 20 zwei Trennstellen 21 ausgebildet, die sich gegenüber liegen. Die Enden 20a, b des Originalitätsringes 20 sind zur besseren Entformung (Herausdrücken) des Schraubverschlusses aus dem Werkzeug, angefast. Der Abrißsteg 22 ist im Beispiel rechteckig und weist eine geringere Stärke (Dicke) als der Originalitätsring 20 auf, d. h. die Dicke des Abrißsteges 22 beträgt ca. 1/3 der Dicke des Originalitätsringes 20. Des weiteren ist der Abrißsteg 22 in der Höhe beliebig ausrichtbar. Im Ausfuhrungsbeispiel ist der Abrißsteg 22 mittig in der Trennstelle 21 in Schraubachsenrichtung angeordnet. Ferner ist gemäß Detail D am oberen Rand 20c, d. h. an der Flanschrandseite des Originalitätsringes 20, ein Mitnehmer 23 und im Flanschrand 11 eine Aussparung 13 vorgesehen, vorzugsweise sind zwei Mitnehmer 23 und zwei Aussparungen 13, die einander gegenüberliegen, ausgebildet. Der Außendurchmesser des Originalitätsringes 20 entspricht dem des Flanschrandes 11. Die Dicke und die Höhe des Originalitätsringes 20 sind dem Behälter, z. B. einem Kanister, angepaßt. Der Schraubverschluß 1 wird auf den Behälterhals, z. B. Kanister, aufgeschraubt. Während des Aufschraubens füngiert der Mitnehmer 23 als eine Art Aufschraubhilfe mit einer Gleit- und Bremswirkung. Der vorgesehene Mitnehmer 23 hat einerseits die Aufgabe, zu verhindern, daß der Originalitätsring 20 nicht bereits während des Aufschraubens auf den Kanister vom Flanschrand 11 der Gewindekappe 10 abgetrennt, d. h., über die Spitzen der vorzugsweisen 6 Abreißsegmente 12 vorzeitig abgerissen wird. Andererseits bewirkt der Mitnehmer 23 das Abreißen des Originalitätsringes 20 ausschließlich an dem als Sollbruchstelle bzw. Bruchstelle ausgebildeten Abrißsteg 22. Hierbei fungiert der Mitnehmer 23 als Abreißhilfe. Der Mitnehmer 23 verbleibt nach dem Abschrauben (Öffnen) des Schraubverschlusses ohne Beschädigung am Originalitätsring 20. Durch die keilförmige Ausbildung des Mitnehmers 23 mit einer beispielsweise trapezförmigen Seitenfläche mit einer schrägen Flanke 23a und mit einer senkrechten (steilen) Flanke 23b ist die notwendige Bremswirkung und ein Verhaken des Originalitätsringes 20 garantiert. Es konnte gefunden werden, daß insbesondere durch diese spezifische Ausbildung von mindestens einem Mitnehmers 23 und mindestens einer Trennstelle 21 mit mindestens einem Abrißsteg 22 sowie das Zusammenwirken von Mitnehmer 23 und Trennstelle 21 mit Abrißsteg 22 ein Schraubverschluß mit hoher Sicherheit erreichbar ist. Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Originalitätsverschlüssen zerreißt beim Abschrauben (Lösen) des Verschlusses vom Behälter der Originalitätsring 20 sichtbar und ausschließlich an dem als Bruchstelle ausgebildeten Abrißsteg 22. Der aufgerissene, mit mindestens einer Hälfte abgerissene Originalitätsring 20, verbleibt nicht am Behälterhals. Der erfindungsgemäße Schraubverschluß ist ohne größeren Kraftaufwand auf den Behälter aufschraubbar, so dass auch Kinder, ältere oder kranke Menschen den Schraubverschluss problemlos öffnen können. Screw closure for a container, in particular a canister, comprising a threaded cap ( 10 ) with a closed and an open end, on which a flange edge ( 11 ) protruding beyond the outer circumference of the threaded cap ( 10 ) is arranged, and a circular tamper-evident ring ( 20 ) which is connected to the threaded cap ( 10) via tear-off segments (12 ) and on the underside of which locking segments ( 24 ) oriented obliquely inwards are formed and gripping elements ( 14 ) on the outer threaded cap circumference, characterized in that the tamper-evident ring ( 20 ) has at least one circumferential separation point ( 21 ) with at least one circumferential tear-off web ( 22 ) designed as a breaking point, which connects the two ends ( 20 a, b) of the interrupted tamper-evident ring ( 20 ).

2. Screw closure according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one driver ( 23 ) is formed on the upper edge ( 20c ) of the tamper-evident ring ( 20 ) and that the flange edge ( 11 ) has at least one recess ( 13 ) which serves to receive the at least one driver ( 23 ).

Screw closure according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the tamper-evident ring ( 20 ) has two mutually opposite separation points ( 21 ), each with a tear-off web ( 22 ), and that two mutually opposite drivers ( 23 ) are formed on the upper edge ( 20c ) of the tamper-evident ring ( 20 ).

4. Screw closure according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the number of drivers ( 23 ) formed on the upper edge ( 20c ) of the tamper-evident ring ( 20 ) is identical to the number of recesses ( 13 ).

5. Screw closure according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the profile of the recess ( 13 ) is adapted to the profile of the driver ( 23 ).

6. Screw closure according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the driver ( 23 ) is designed as a wedge piece with a trapezoidal or a triangular side surface.

7. Screw closure according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the circumferential length of the tear-off webs ( 22 ) is identical.

8. Screw closure according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the tear-off web ( 22 ) is thinner than the tamper-evident ring (20 ).

9. Screw closure according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the tamper-evident ring ( 20 ) has a chamfer on both sides at the separation point ( 21 ).

10. Screw closure according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the separation point ( 21 ) with the tear-off web ( 22 ) and the driver ( 23 ) are arranged offset from one another.
