Abstract

A roll of kitchen paper towel or toilet paper is held in a tube with a horizontal slot (6) through which paper is dispensed and torn free along a perforated line. A folding hatch (7) is located alongside the slit. The tube (10) is a two-part unit with a hinged cover (12) and bottom (11). The tube is held against a supporting arm (4) by Velcro (R) tabs.
