Abstract

The kit for the erecting of pergolas and other such constructions consists of several base elements which are fabricated from wood and interconnected to form a common support framework. The base elements are each assembled from two separate, parallel extending and spaced apart posts (1) with at least one element of natural stone (3) installed in the space (2) between them. Additional wood elements may be fitted in the free space between adjacent stone elements, and the two posts are interconnected by a screw connection in the form of spindles (5) guided in metal sleeves (6).

Unabhängig von der jeweils konkreten Konstruktion als Laubengang, Torbogen, Gartenpavillon, Carport, Rankgerüst und dergleichen weisen solche Bauwerke überwiegend ein Stützgerüst auf, das aus mehreren vertikal angeordneten Pfosten besteht, deren obere Abschnitte mit horizontal angeordneten Pfosten miteinander verbunden sind. Der in der Zeichnung dargestellte Bausatz wird zur Erstellung von Pergolen und ähnlichen Bauwerken angewendet. Der Bausatz umfasst mehrere Grundelemente, die weitgehend aus Holz gefertigt sind und miteinander zum eigentlichen Bauwerk verbunden werden. Hierbei weist jedes Grundelement jeweils zwei separate Pfosten 1 auf, die beispielsweise als Halbrundhölzer ausgestaltet sind. Diese Pfosten 1 verlaufen parallel und mit Abstand zueinander. Folglich verbleibt zwischen den Pfosten 1 ein freier Bauraum 2. In diesem freien Bauraum 2 wird mindestens ein Element aus Naturstein 3 angeordnet.The kit shown in the drawing is used to build pergolas and similar structures. Diese Verbindungsvariante ist aus den Fig. 1 und 2 ersichtlich. Alternativ können die beiden Pfosten 1 auch mittels Metallhülsen 7 unter Verwendung von Nieten und/oder Klemmelementen 8 zum Grundelement zusammengefügt werden, wie aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich ist.The two posts 1 can be joined together in various ways to form a base element. Gemäß Fig. 1 weisen die Pfosten 1 an ihrer Innenseite in dem Abschnitt, der dem Natursteinelement 3 zugeordnet ist, eine Aussparung 9 auf. Die Aussparung 9 hat eine Kontur, die kongruent ist zur Kontur des Natursteinelementes 3, so dass nach der Montage eine form- und kraftschlüssige Wirkverbindung zwischen diesen beiden Bauteilen gewährleistet ist. Alternativ können die Pfosten 1 und die Natursteinelemente 3 jeweils Aussparungen aufweisen, die miteinander in Wirkverbindung gebracht werden, indem ein lagefixierendes Verbindungselement 10 eingesetzt wird. Fig. 8 zeigt eine weitere Anwendung des Bausatzes zur Erstellung eines Rankgerüstes in Kombination mit einem Pflanzkübel. Allerdings ist das Rankgerüst hier an einem Gebäude abgestützt. Eine mögliche Ausgestaltung des Rankgerüstes gemäß Fig. 8
