Diese Verpackungs- und Präsentationseinheit kann mehrere kleinere Wareneinheiten enthalten, die in dem erfindungsgemäßen Behälter am Verkaufsplatz in der Verpackungs- und Präsentationseinheit dem Kunden angeboten werden. Durch den Werbeträger mit seinem Werbeaufdruck soll die Aufmerksamkeit des Kunden auf die im Behälter befindliche Ware gelenkt werden. All diese Lösungen sind für eine werbewirksame Präsentation von digitalen Speichermedien nicht geeignet. Die bekannten und konventionellen Methoden der Präsentation von digitalen Speichermedien zählen vor allem Displays ähnlich eines Regals oder CD Ständers welche in großer Material- und Formvielfalt verwendet werden. Die Entnahme erfolgt in der Regel ähnlich eines Buches aus einem Regal oder einer Zeitschrift von einem Stapel. Wie aus Fig. 1 zu ersehen, besteht die Präsentations- und Spendereinheit aus einem Außenkörper 1, einem Innenkörper 5, die aus beschichteter Pappe bestehen, und einem Spendermodul 6 aus Kunststoff. An ihrem oberen Ende der Präsentations- und Spendereinheit befindet sich eine Entnahmestelle 4 für die digitalen Speichermedien, an der noch zusätzlich ein Display Aufsatz 2 angebracht werden kann, und an ihrem unteren Ende ein Standfuß 3. Damit der Außenkörper 1 eine gewisse Steifigkeit erhält, ist in seiner unteren Hälfte der Innenkörper 5 gesteckt angeordnet. Der untere Teil des Innenkörpers 5, der im Standfuß 3 sitzt, besitzt, wie aus Fig. 2 und 3 zu ersehen, eine Klappe 7 um so zu dem Innenraum des Innenkörpers 5, der zusammen mit den Seitenteilen des Außenkörpers 5 gebildet wird, zu gelangen. Zur Erhöhung der Standfestigkeit der Präsentations- und Spendereinheit wird der Standfuß 3 im Innenraum des Innenkörpers 5 durch öffnen der Klappe 7 zur Aufnahme eines gefüllten Wasserkanisters 8 genutzt. Im oberen Teil des Außenkörpers 1 sitzt auf der Deckfläche 21 des Innenkörpers 5 das Spendermodul 6. Im Inneren des Spendermoduls 6 ist ein Schieber 10 derart angeordnet, dass dieser sich, in einer Rinne 9 geführt, auf- und abwärts bewegen kann. In das von der Rückseite her offene Speichermodul 6 werden die digitalen Speichermedien, in diesem Fall CD's 13, in das Speichermodul 6 eingeführt und kommen somit auf einem Schieber 10 gestapelt zu liegen. Durch seitlich am Spendermodul 6 angeordnete Federn 11 wird der Schieber 10 nach oben gezogen. Durch einen oben am Speichermodul 6 angeordneten Stopper 12 wird die zu oberst liegende CD 13 gehalten und kann an der Entnahmestelle 4 entnommen werden. Damit für den Benutzer der Präsentationsund Spendereinheit die zu oberst platzierte CD 13 leicht zu ergreifen ist, besitzt die vordere Seite des Spendermoduls 6 oben einen schräg angeordneten Begrenzer 30 mit einer Griffmulde 31 und die hintere Seite des Spendermoduls 6 oben eine Schräge 28. Die Schräge 28 hat die Aufgabe, die zu oberst liegende und zur Entnahme bereit liegenden CD 13 nach vorn über die obere Kante der darunter liegenden CD zu schieben, so dass diese durch die Griffmulde 31 am Begrenzer 30 leicht zu entnehmen ist. An den entsprechenden Enden dieser Flächen sind jeweils Laschen in herkömmlicher Form ausgebildet, die in entsprechende Schlitze eingeführt werden, so dass im gefalteten Zustand ein stabiler Außenkörper 1 entsteht. Die Seitenteile 14 sind dabei so geformt, dass der gefaltete Außenkörper 1 geneigt steht und an ihrem unteren Teil ein Standfuß 3 ausgeformt ist. Die Seitenteile 14 besitzen zwei Decklaschen 18 und die Vorderseite 15 eine Entnahmelasche im
Bereich der Entnahmestelle 4. Die Rückseite 19 an dem flach auslaufenden Standfuß 3 des Außenkörpers 1 ist mit einer Verschlusslasche 20 verklebt. Am Fußende der Vorderseite 15
des Außenkörpers 1 und an der Rückseite 19 am Außenkörper 1 befinden sich zwei Bodenlaschen 16, die durch Schlitze in den am Fußende der Seitenteile 14 befindlichen Innenlaschen 17 nach innen gesteckt gefaltet werden.Fig. 8 shows an example of a development for the design of the outer body 1 according to Fig. 2. Claims

1.
