Claims

1. Bait station for holding solid bait, characterized in that the bait station has a height-adjustable wall mount with which the bait station can be adapted to the level of the respective floor.

2. Bait station for holding solid bait, characterized in that there is a height-adjustable rail fastening on the bait station, in which a guide rail ( 11 ), which essentially consists of a U-profile with flanged leg ends and is attached to the wall by means of screws via the fastening holes, further characterized in that a clamping block ( 12 ), in which there are threads and which fits slidably into the guide rail ( 11 ), is attached to the back of the bait station or bait holder ( 3 ) by means of threaded screws.

3. Bait station for holding solid bait, characterized in that there is a height-adjustable clip fastening on the bait station, the height-adjustable clip fastening essentially consists of a tube made of springy material (spring steel) cut open lengthwise, from which approximately 1/3 of the radius has been cut out lengthwise and the cut edges have been flanged, which is referred to as a spring clip ( 9 ), this spring clip ( 9 ) is fastened to a plate in which there are at least two holes, the spring clip is firmly screwed to the wall with this plate, further characterized in that a piece of tube, referred to as a clip tube ( 10 ), in which there are two holes into which a thread has been cut, is fastened to the back of the bait station or bait holder ( 3 ) via the fastening holes ( 8 ) by means of threaded screws, the bait station is clicked onto the spring clip with wall holder ( 9 ) with this clip tube ( 10 ).

4. Bait station for holding solid bait, characterized in that there is a height-adjustable Velcro fastening on the bait station, which consists of a Velcro wall holder ( 14 ) on which either hooks or fleece tape are applied and in which holes are made, via which the Velcro wall holder ( 14 ) is attached to a wall by means of screws, further characterized in that hooks or fleece tape are applied to the back of the bait station or bait holder ( 3 ), which creates a detachable connection when the bait station is pressed against the Velcro wall holder ( 14 ).

5. Bait station for holding solid bait, characterized in that there is a height-adjustable Velcro fastening on the bait station, which can be attached by applying hook tape or loop tape to the back of the bait station or bait holder ( 3 ), for example by gluing and applying hooks or loop tape to a clean wall.

6. Bait station for holding solid bait, characterized in that the bait station consists of two U-profiles that fit together, one of which is referred to as the cover ( 1 ) and on which there is a square, funnel-shaped extension at the lower relative end of the U-profile, at the upper end the U-profile is closed with a cover, furthermore in the cover ( 1 ) on the outer leg there is at least one hole with an inserted thread for the locking screw ( 5 ), which fixes the cover ( 1 ) to the bait holder ( 3 ), further characterized in that there are two fastening holes ( 8 ) in the bait holder ( 3 ), which are the same distance apart for each bait station, so that the bait station can be attached optionally with all height-adjustable wall fastenings.

7. Bait station for holding solid bait, characterized in that, instead of the locking screws ( 5 ), a spring clip or spring clasp is used to lock the cover ( 1 ) with the bait holder ( 3 ).

8. Bait station for holding solid bait, characterized in that the bait holding pin ( 4 ) is not flush with the two U-profiles of the cover ( 1 ) and the bait holder ( 3 ) at the bottom as in bait stations according to the state of the art, but is offset downwards by a relative amount, whereby the solid bait ( 6 ) slides further downwards and can be gnawed all around by the pest rodent.

9. Bait station for holding solid bait, characterized in that the cover ( 1 ) can be removed from the bait holder ( 3 ) after loosening at least one locking screw ( 5 ).

10. Bait station for holding solid bait, characterized in that the cover ( 1 ) is designed to be opened by a type of hinge ( 7 ) pivoting from the bait holder ( 3 ) and is fixed in the upper area by locking screws ( 5 ).

11. Bait station for holding solid bait, characterized in that in the rear, lower area of the bait holder ( 3 ) there is a trapezoidal end plate which forms the lower end designed as a funnel ( 2 ) and closes the funnel ( 2 ) to the rear.

12. Bait station for holding solid bait, characterized in that there is a folded sheet underneath the funnel ( 2 ), which serves as a collecting tray for bait residues.

13. Bait station for holding solid bait, characterized in that the rodent box with bait magazine essentially consists of a removable cover ( 1 ) and a bait holder ( 3 ). This bait station is suitable for wall mounting and for setting up on the floor. The bait station is formed from a right-angled L-profile, on which in the upper area there is a U-profile closed at the top by a plate, with a locking screw ( 5 ). In the lower area of the L-profile there is a tab ( 16 ) with a hole in it. On both sides of the L-profile there are two side covers ( 18 ) with holes in them, which serve as an entrance and exit for the rodents. The bait holder ( 3 ) is also formed from an L-profile, on which there is also a U-profile in the upper area. As described in example 1, this U-profile is also shortened in the lower area on the side legs and has a bait holding pin ( 4 ). In the front, lower area of the L-profile there is at least one locking pin ( 17 ) which, after the cover ( 1 ) has been put on, engages in the holes in the tab ( 16 ) and fixes the cover ( 1 ) to the bait holder ( 3 ). In the upper area, the two parts are fixed in place with the locking screw. When closed, the two L-profiles and the two side tabs form a kind of box with entrance and exit openings in which the pests can take in the bait undisturbed. There are also holes in the area of the U-profile of the bait holder ( 3 ) for attaching the wall bracket or for permanent installation.

14. Bait station for holding solid bait, characterized in that the two L-profiles of the rodent box with bait magazine are connected by a kind of hinge ( 7 ) and can thus be opened

15. Bait station for holding solid bait, characterized in that there is a slot or viewing window in the front U-profile of the cover ( 1 ), by means of which the bait position can be seen.

16. Bait station for holding solid bait, characterized in that there is a pendulum or rocker in/on the bait stations to indicate the bait level, which swings outwards when the bait level is low and thus indicates that the bait will soon be eaten empty.
