Abstract

A bicycle has a saddle with a saddlebag containing a waterproof cover. The cover is attached to the inside of the saddlebag and is deployed over the saddle when the bicycle is not in use. The cover is made of a waterproof material and has an elastic peripheral seam holding the deployed cover in place.
