Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Positionier- und Transporthilfe zur Fixierung von Kegs in Stapelverbänden, bestehend aus einem palettenähnlichen Locaterboard, das an seiner Ober- und Unterseite Vorsprünge und/oder Vertiefungen aufweist zur Herstellung eines formschlüssigen Verbundes zwischen über und/oder unter dem Locaterboard anzuordnenden Kegs, um hierdurch die Kegs in seitlicher Richtung am Locaterboard sowie untereinander abzustützen. Die Vorsprünge bzw. Vertiefungen bilden eine profilierte Oberfläche des Locaterboards und sorgen durch den jeweiligen Höhenunterschied für den erforderlichen Formschluss in horizontaler Richtung. Bisher werden insbesondere mit Bier befüllte Kegs in der Regel auf (etwa 800 mm &khgr; 1200 mm großen) Euro-Paletten zu je 6 Kegs oder auf (etwa 1000 mm &khgr; 1200 mm großen) sogenannten Brauerei-Paletten zu je 8 Kegs transportiert, wobei jedoch die auf einer Palette nebeneinander angeordneten Kegs weder untereinander noch mit der jeweiligen Palette verbunden sind, was bei der Handhabung und beim Transport solcher mit Kegs beladenen Paletten ein ständiges Unfallrisiko bedeutet.The invention relates to a positioning and transport aid for securing kegs in stacks, consisting of a pallet-like locator board that has projections and/or recesses on its top and bottom to create a positive connection between kegs to be arranged above and/or below the locator board, in order to support the kegs laterally on the locator board and among each other. Claims

1. Positioning and transport aid for fixing kegs in stacked formations, consisting of a pallet-like locator board ( 1 ) which has projections ( 12 , 14 ) and / or depressions on its top and bottom sides for producing a positive connection between kegs ( 2 , 2 a, 2 b) to be arranged above and / or below the locator board, characterized in that the projections ( 12 ) and / or depressions for kegs to be arranged on the top side of the locator board are designed such that they laterally engage around a keg to be arranged on the top side, and that the projections ( 14 ) and / or depressions for kegs to be arranged on the bottom side of the locator board are designed such that they engage in an upper head or collar ring ( 6 ) of a keg ( 2 , 2 a, 2 b) to be arranged underneath.

Positioning and transport aid according to at least claim 5, characterized in that the upwardly extending projections ( 12 ) of the respective lower locator board ( 1 ) engage in upwardly extending recesses ( 13 ) of the respective upper locator board, and/or that the downwardly extending projections ( 14 ) of the respective upper locator board engage in downwardly extending recesses ( 15 ) of the respective lower locator board.

7. Positioning and transport aid according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the locator board ( 1 ) is designed such that the distance between a keg ( 2 , 2a , 2b) to be arranged above and a keg (2, 2a, 2b ) to be arranged below the locator board is less than 10 mm.
