Abstract

The system is assembled of at least two boards (1, 2) joined between vertical stands (4) or side panels. Each of the boards (1, 2) is provided with a groove (6) along the front (5) of its upper surface. When valuable or particularly small goods which could be easily removed by a thief are to be stored on the shelves (1, 2), a door (7), assembled of a rectangular, preferably transparent sheet with hinges (10, 11) at the top and a holding strip (12) joined to the hinges (11) can be temporarily added. A catch (15), swivel mounted to the lower edge (13) of the door (7), can be inserted into the groove (6) located at the lower board (2), while the holding strip (12) is accommodated in the groove (6) provided at the upper board (1).

Die Neuerung betrifft ein Regal für Warenlagerung und Darbietung in Einzelhandelsgeschäften, bestehend aus mindestens einem von einem oberen und einem unteren Regalboden begrenzten Regalgefach, wobei die beiden Böden durch senkrecht zu diesen erstreckte Zwischenelemente auf Gefachhöhe gehalten sind.The innovation relates to a shelf for storing and displaying goods in retail stores, consisting of at least one shelf compartment delimited by an upper and a lower shelf, the two shelves being held at compartment height by intermediate elements extending perpendicularly to them.

Regale der genannten Art sind im Geschäfts- bzw. Einzelhandelsbereich hinlänglich bekannt und in Benutzung, so daß es diesbezüglich keines besonderen druckschriftlichen Nachweises bedarf, zumal der obige Bezug die Definition eines mehrbödigen Regals schlechthin darstellt und insoweit auch davon unabhängig ist, ob es sich um ein freistehendes oder ein wandinstalliertes Regal handelt. Für spezielle Waren und/oder auch spezielle Handelsbereiche ist es wünschens- und auch empfehlenswert, die auf Angebotsregalen befindliche Waren dem unmittelbaren Zugriff interessierter Käufer oder bspw. auch von Kindern zu entziehen. Für solche speziellen Waren, bspw. Pflanzenschutzmittel, rezeptfreie Medikamente, relativ teuren Schmuck, Zigaretten od. dgl. wäre es also von Interesse, Regale zur Verfügung zu haben, die einen solchen unmittelbaren Zugriff nicht zulassen. Soweit bekannt, gibt es dafür, abgesehen von verschließbaren, mit mehreren Gefachböden ausgestatten Glasvitrinen bspw. im Schmuckbereich, in die Kassenbereiche von Supermärkten einbezogene Hängeregale für Zigaretten, die rolladenartig verschlossen werden können. Auf jeden Fall handelt es sich bei derartigen verschließbaren Warenangebotsregalen oder auch Vitrinen um Sonderanfertigungen, die in der Regel nicht in den Rahmen in Einzelhandelsgeschäften benutzter einheitlicher Regaltypen passen. Derart ausgebildete, bspw, aus elastischem Kunststoff gebildete Füllprofile 18 schützen gleichzeitig die Bodenvorderkanten vor Beschädigungen und decken zudem stirnflächenseitig am Boden vorgesehene Verstiftungsbohrungen für die Fixierung der Trägerleisten ab. Außerdem werden Schmutzansammlungen in den von Trägerleisten 12 bzw.
