Ein solches Abschlussprofil verfügt ferner über einen Wasserablaufschenkel, der zumindest in seinem oberen, an den Abschlussschenkel grenzenden Bereich geneigt ausgebildet ist. Der Wasserablaufschenkel ist an den unteren Abschluss des Abschlussschenkels angeformt. Mit dem Wasserablaufschenkel, an dessen geneigtem Abschnitt ein vertikal nach unten sich erstreckender Abschnitt als Tropfkante angeformt ist, wird zum einen ablaufendes Wasser von einer angrenzenden Wand abgehalten.
