Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schmuck mit mindestens einem gefaßten Gegenstand, bei welchem der Gegenstand durch eine aushärtbare Masse umgeben ist. Bekannt sind bereits verschiedenste Metallfassungen von Steinen, wie z.B. Kastenfassung und Zargenfassung, bei denen der Stein rundherum von der Fassung gehalten wird, Krabbenfassung und Chaton, bei denen der Stein durch einzelne dünne Blechstreifen gehalten wird, Körnerfassung, bei der der Stein durch Metallkörner gehalten wird. Seit einiger Zeit neu entwickelt wurden Spannungsfassungen, bei denen der Stein mit Hilfe der bei Metallen erzeugbaren Spannung gehalten wird. Auch sind bereits Fassungen von Schmuckelementen in transparenten aushärtbaren Massen bekannt, wobei die ausgehärtete Masse gemeinsam mit dem Schmuckelement nachträglich mechanisch insbesondere durch Schleifen und/oder Polieren bearbeitbar sind. Die Schmuckelemente sind dabei ganz oder teilweise in oben genanntes Material eingebettet.The invention relates to a piece of jewelry with at least one set object, in which the object is surrounded by a hardenable mass. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist, einen Schmuck zu schaffen, welcher in einfacher und ästhetischer Weise eine Fassung eines Gegenstandes mit einer flexiblen Verbindung innerhalb eines Schmuckstückes, wie sie beispielsweise in Ketten oder Armbändern zu finden ist, kombiniert. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß die aushärtbare Masse nach dem Aushärten flexibel ist. Dadurch dass der oder die Gegenstände in einer aushärtbaren Masse gefaßt sind, welche nach dem Aushärten flexibel ist, ist einerseits eine sehr einfache und rasche Fassung von Gegenständen im Schmuck möglich. Andererseits kommen diese Fassungen durch die flexible Eigenschaft des Trägermaterials insbesondere bei beweglichen Schmuckstücken wie Ketten oder Armbändern gut zur Wirkung, die allesamt einen großen Anspruch auf Beweglichkeit besitzen. Zudem kann der Gegenstand leicht aus seiner Fassung entfernt und gereinigt oder gegen andere Gegenstände ausgetauscht werden. 3. Jewellery with at least one set object according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the hardenable mass ( 2 ) consists of latex.

4. Jewellery with at least one set object according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the hardenable mass consists of ( 2 ) pourable latex.

5. Jewellery with at least one set object according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the hardenable mass ( 2 ) is colored.

6. Jewellery with at least one set object according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the object ( 1 ) is a cut glass stone.
