Multifunctional emergency backpack "trolley" for storing and transporting emergency medical equipment. Conventional emergency backpacks are only meant to be carried and not alternatively pulled or pushed on wheels. Conventional emergency backpacks, bags or cases also do not have a device that allows direct access to the contents without opening them completely and folding them up or down, which usually requires a solid and as flat as possible surface that is twice the height or width of the container.

The present invention is based on the problem of creating a container which offers sufficient storage space and, despite its high weight, can be transported variably and conveniently under a wide variety of conditions and whose contents are readily available even under unfavorable spatial or terrain conditions.

The problem is solved by the features listed in the protection claim. In the spacious emergency backpack "Trolley" (25 x 35 x 56 cm) described here, a comprehensive range of emergency equipment can be stored safely and clearly, regardless of whether the trolley is being transported lying down, hanging or standing up. Heavy equipment can be transported comfortably over long distances using the extendable handle on wheels. In rough terrain or when space is limited, heavy equipment can be carried more safely and for longer on the back than on the side. Unrestricted access to the equipment is guaranteed even under the most difficult conditions, because it is not necessary to fold the trolley up or down. The trolley has two large outer pockets arranged one below the other on the front, which can be folded up or down using appropriately attached zippers, thus revealing two 30 x 25 cm openings. The equipment is therefore also available if the trolley remains on the wearer's back due to a lack of storage space or if the space is only sufficient for the trolley to stand upright. The trolley is therefore suitable for practically all conceivable locations, e.g. in helicopters, ambulances, train compartments, stairwells, rough terrain and the like. Of course, the entire front of the emergency backpack can also be opened up using another zipper, like a classic suitcase.
