Claims

1. Stackable and/or layerable packaging for items of clothing, in particular for folded shirts or the like, with a wave-shaped, curved top side ( 4 ) and a wave-shaped, curved bottom side ( 6 ) that is largely symmetrical thereto, and with side surfaces ( 8 , 10 , 12 , 14 ) that are each approximately perpendicular thereto, wherein a front side surface ( 8 ) and a rear side surface ( 10 ) are each approximately straight and parallel to one another, and wherein left ( 12 ) and right side surfaces ( 14 ) that are perpendicular thereto each have a wave-shaped curvature and are symmetrical to one another.

2. Packaging according to claim 1, characterized by a lateral waist ( 16 ) of the packaging ( 2 ) in an upper region ( 24 ) or in a lower region ( 26 ) due to symmetrically drawn-in side surfaces ( 12 , 14 ).

3. Packaging according to claim 2, characterized by recessed left and right side surfaces ( 12 , 14 ) in the upper region ( 24 ), in particular in the region of a shirt collar ( 32 ).

13. Packaging according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by a height of the front side surface ( 8 ) of approximately 30 to 40 mm and by a height of the rear side surface ( 10 ) of approximately 35 to 50 mm.

14. Packaging according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by a height of the left and right side surfaces ( 12 , 14 ) of approximately 15 to 25 mm in the region of the waist ( 20 ) and of approximately 40 to 65 mm in the region of the bulge ( 22 ).

15. Packaging according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by a width of the top side ( 4 ) and bottom side ( 6 ) of approximately 240 to 270 mm in the region of the lateral waist ( 16 ) and of approximately 280 to 310 mm in the region of the lateral bulge ( 18 ).

16. Packaging according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the packaging ( 2 ) is formed from a transparent film of a certain rigidity.

17. Packaging according to claim 16, characterized in that the packaging ( 2 ) comprises plastic film and/or cardboard.

18. Packaging according to claim 16 or 17, characterized in that the packaging ( 2 ) consists essentially of PET film.

19. Packaging according to one of claims 16 to 18, characterized in that the packaging ( 2 ) has transparent and/or milky translucent (opaque) areas.

20. Packaging according to one of claims 16 to 19, characterized in that the packaging ( 2 ) has structured and/or printed areas.

21. Packaging according to one of claims 17 to 20, characterized in that the packaging ( 2 ) consists of cardboard and has a transparent window made of plastic film in the top.

22. Packaging according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the packaging ( 2 ) has a lower half for receiving the item of clothing, in particular the folded shirt ( 32 ), and an upper half which can be pushed over it as a lid.

23. Packaging according to claim 22, characterized by folded and glued together and/or nested adjacent side surfaces ( 8 , 10 , 12 , 14 ).

24. Packaging according to one of claims 1 to 21, characterized by a closed packaging ( 2 ) with folded side surfaces ( 8 , 10 , 12 , 14 ), in which adjacent side surfaces ( 8 , 10 , 12 , 14 ) are each glued to one another and/or inserted into one another.

25. Packaging according to claim 24, characterized in that the packaging ( 2 ) is glued by an overlapping left or right side surface ( 12 , 14 ).

26. Packaging according to claim 24 or 25, characterized in that the front and rear side surfaces ( 8 , 10 ) of the folded packaging ( 2 ) each overlap and are glued to one another and/or inserted into one another.

27. Packaging according to one of claims 23 to 26, characterized by mutually corresponding openings ( 40 ) and sliding tabs ( 42 ) in the side surfaces ( 8 , 10 , 12 , 14 ) to be inserted into one another.

28. Arrangement of at least two stacked packages according to one of claims 1 to 27, in which a bottom side ( 6 ) of a first package ( 2.1 ) rests on a top side ( 4 ) of a second package ( 2.2 ) and wherein a rear or a front side surface ( 10 or 8 ) of the first package ( 2.1 ) and a front or rear side surface ( 8 or 10 ) of the second package ( 2.2 ) adjoin one another and are largely aligned with one another.

29. Arrangement according to claim 28, characterized in that a bulge ( 22 ) of the height of the first packaging ( 2.1 ) lies on a waist ( 20 ) of the height of the second packaging ( 2.2 ).

Arrangement according to claim 28 or 29, characterized by an almost arbitrary number of packages ( 2 , 2.1 , 2.2 ) stacked on top of one another, with the bulge ( 22 ) and the waist ( 20 ) lying on top of one another, so that a front side ( 8 ) and a rear side surface (10) alternately adjoin one another.

Arrangement of at least two packages layered next to one another according to one of claims 1 to 27, in which a left or right side surface (12 or 14) of a third package ( 2.3 ) rests against a right or left side surface ( 14 or 12 ) of a fourth package ( 2.4 ) and wherein a rear or front side surface ( 10 or 8 ) of the third package ( 2.3 ) and a front or rear side surface ( 8 or 10 ) of the fourth package ( 2.4 ) adjoin one another and are largely aligned with one another.

32. Arrangement according to claim 31, characterized in that a lateral bulge ( 18 ) of the third packaging ( 2.3 ) lies on a lateral waist ( 16 ) of the fourth packaging ( 2.4 ).

Arrangement according to claim 31 or 32, characterized by an almost arbitrary number of packages ( 2.3 , 2.4 ) stacked on one another, with the lateral bulge ( 18 ) and the lateral waist ( 16 ) lying next to one another, so that a front side ( 8 ) and a rear side surface ( 10 ) alternately adjoin one another.
