Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Stapeleinrichtung zum Ausbrechen von Artikeln aus einer Folienbahn aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff und zum Überführen in Stapel. Dabei werden die Artikel zuvor in einer vorgeschalteten Thermoformmaschine aus der erwärmtem Folienbahn in einer Formstation durch Differenzdruck ausgeformt und in dieser oder in einer nachgeschalteten Stanzstation soweit ausgestanzt, dass sie nur noch an kleinen Stegen mit dem Restgitter verbunden sind. Der Transport der Folienbahn erfolgt intermittierend durch eine an den Rändern der Folienbahn angreifende Transporteinrichtung, in der Regel durch Stachelketten oder Kluppenketten.The invention relates to a stacking device for breaking out articles from a film web made of thermoplastic material and for transferring into stacks.
