Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Etikett zum Aufkleben auf einen prismatischen Gegenstand, insbesondere ein Etikett zur Kennzeichnung einer im wesentlichen quaderförmigen Pharmazeutikaverpackung, sowie eine Pharmazeutikaverpackung. Als Pharmazeutikaverpackung werden hierbei vor allem die im Pharmabereich üblichen Umverpackungen aus Karton verstanden, welche dann die primären Verpackungen in Gläschen-, Ampullen- oder Blisterform enthalten, wobei die vorliegende Erfindung sich auch für andere Verpackungsformen eignet.The present invention relates to a label for sticking onto a prismatic object, in particular a label for marking a substantially cuboid-shaped pharmaceutical packaging, as well as a pharmaceutical packaging. Es besteht jedoch die Möglichkeit, zur Kennzeichnung von Pharmazeutikaverpackungen Etiketten zu verwenden, welche ein sogenanntes Booklet, d.h. ein mehrseitig bedrucktes Faltblatt oder Heftchen, aufweisen. Derartige, üblicherweise als Booklet-Etiketten bezeichnete Etiketten sind, wenngleich auch häufig für andere Anwendungen, vielfach bekannt, unter anderem aus den Veröffentlichungen EP-A-0043179, EP-A-0093000 und EP-A-Ol 80365. Nicht selten entsteht allerdings die Notwendigkeit, die Kennzeichnung bereits verpackter und anschließend etikettierter Pharmazeutika noch vor deren Auslieferung zu ändern. Die Gründe hierfür können vielfältig sein. Änderungen gesetzlicher Bestimmungen für die Kennzeichnung, auf neuen medizinischen Erkenntnissen beruhende Änderungen der Dosierungs- bzw. Anwendungsempfehlungen, das Erfordernis, auf neu entdeckte Nebenwirkungen hinzuweisen, oder die beabsichtigte Auslieferung einer ursprünglich für ein bestimmtes Land bestimmten Charge in ein Land mit einer anderen Verkehrssprache sind einige der möglichen Gründe. Umverpackungen erlaubt, und welches es zum anderen gestattet, die Produktinformationen möglichst einfach noch nach dem Etikettieren der Pharmazeutikaverpackung ganz oder teilweise auszutauschen. Das als Faltblatt ausgeführte, mit einem Aufdruck 3 versehene Etikettenbooklet 4 aus Papier ist zwischen dem an seiner Unterseite mit einer permanent haftenden Haftklebstoffbeschichtung 5 versehenen Befestigungsteil 6 und dem Abdeckteil 7 auf einer Seite der Schachtel 2 angeordnet. Dabei sorgt die Haftklebstoffbeschichtung 5 für die Verbindung zwischen Etikett 1 und Schachtel 2, während der Abdeckteil 7 das Etikettenbooklet 4 gegen Beschädigung schützt und in seiner Position hält. Über eine lösbare und nach dem Ablösen erneut haftende Klebestelle 8 ist das Etikettenbooklet 4 am Abdeckteil 7 befestigt. Die Klebestelle 8 kann beispielsweise als Klebstoffpunkt oder schmaler Klebstoffstreifen aus nicht permanent haftendem Klebstoff ausgeführt sein. Ebenfalls 5 über eine lösbare und nach dem Ablösen erneut haftende Klebstoffbeschichtung 9 ist der Verschlußteil 10 an der Schachtel 2 befestigt. Befestigungsteil 6, Abdeckteil 7 und Verschlußteil 10 sind aus einem zusammenhängenden Trägerstreifen 11 gebildet. Das Etikettenbooklet 4 ist in diesen Trägerstreifen 11 gewissermaßen eingeschlagen, wobei letzterer so über eine Kante 12 der Schachtel 2 geklebt ist, daß der über das Etikettenbooklet 4 hinausragende Verschlußteil 10 in einem Winkel von etwa 90° zu Befestigungsteil 6 und Abdeckteil 7 steht. Der Trägerstreifen 11 besteht aus weitgehend transparentem Kunststoff, so daß der an der Oberseite des Etikettenbooklets 4 befindliche Anteil des Aufdrucks 3 durch den Abdeckteil 7 hindurch erkennbar bleibt. 1. Label ( 1 ) for sticking onto a prismatic object, in particular for marking a substantially cuboid-shaped pharmaceutical packaging ( 2 ), which has the following:

- a carrier strip ( 11 ) with a cover part ( 7 ), a fastening part ( 6 ) formed on the cover part ( 7 ) and a closure part ( 10 ) formed on the cover part ( 7 ) opposite the fastening part ( 6 ), the underside of the carrier strip ( 11 ) in the area of the fastening part ( 6 ) and the top side of the carrier strip ( 11 ) in the area of the closure part ( 10 ) being at least partially coated with self-adhesive,

- a multi-sided, printed information carrier ( 4 ) which is attached by means of a non-permanent adhesive point ( 8 ) to the upper side of the carrier strip ( 11 ) in the region of the cover part ( 7 ) or the fastening part ( 6 ),

wherein the fastening part ( 6 ) can be glued onto a first side of the prismatic object and the closure part ( 10 ) can be reversibly glued onto an adjacent second side of the prismatic object such that the information carrier ( 4 ) is fastened between the fastening part ( 6 ) and the cover part ( 7 ) on the first side of the prismatic object and can be replaced by pulling off the closure part ( 10 ), unfolding the cover part ( 7 ) and separating the non-permanent adhesive point ( 8 ).

2. Label ( 1 ) according to claim 1, wherein
the carrier strip ( 11 ) further comprises a sealing part ( 18 ) formed on the fastening part ( 6 ) opposite the cover part ( 7 ),
the underside of the carrier strip ( 11 ) is also at least partially self-adhesively coated in the area of the sealing part ( 18 ),
and the sealing part ( 18 ) under the closure part ( 10 ) can be glued to the second side of the prismatic object,
that an irreversible change in the label ( 1 ) or the surface of the prismatic article occurs when the second side of the prismatic article is moved from its position adjacent to the first side of the prismatic article.

3. Label ( 1 ) according to claim 2, wherein the sealing part ( 18 ) comprises a multilayer laminate which undergoes a visually recognizable, irreversible change when the sealing part ( 18 ) is detached after being stuck onto the second side of the prismatic object.

4. Label ( 1 ) according to one of the protection claims 2 and 3, wherein a perforation ( 20 ) is arranged between the sealing part ( 18 ) and the fastening part ( 6 ).

5. Label ( 1 ) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the self-adhesive coating ( 9 ) of the upper side of the carrier strip ( 11 ) in the region of the closure part ( 10 ) consists of a non-permanent adhesive in order to make the closure part ( 10 ) reversibly adhesive to the second side of the prismatic object.

6. Label ( 1 ) according to one of the protection claims 2 to 4, wherein the upper side of the carrier strip ( 11 ) in the region of the sealing part ( 18 ) is provided with an adhesive-repellent coating ( 21 ) in order to make the closure part ( 10 ) reversibly adhesively bondable to the second side of the prismatic object.

7. Label ( 1 ) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the carrier strip ( 11 ) comprises a plastic film.

8. Label ( 1 ) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the plastic film is at least partially transparent at least in the region of the cover part ( 7 ), so that in the glued-on state at least part of the printing ( 3 ) of the information carrier ( 4 ) is visible through the cover part ( 7 ).

9. Label ( 1 ) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein an adhesive-free grip tab ( 15 ) is formed on the closure part ( 10 ).

10. Label ( 1 ) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the information carrier ( 4 ) is a booklet.

11. Label ( 1 ) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the information carrier ( 4 ) is a leaflet.

12. Label ( 1 ) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein a perforation ( 20 ) is arranged between the closure part ( 10 ) and the fastening part ( 6 ).

13. Pharmaceutical packaging ( 2 ) with a label ( 1 ) which has the following:

wherein the fastening part ( 6 ) is glued to a first side of the pharmaceutical packaging ( 2 ) and the closure part ( 10 ) is reversibly glued to an adjacent second side of the pharmaceutical packaging ( 2 ) such that the information carrier ( 4 ) is fastened between the fastening part ( 6 ) and the cover part ( 7 ) on the first side of the pharmaceutical packaging ( 2 ) and can be replaced by pulling off the closure part ( 10 ), unfolding the cover part ( 7 ) and separating the non-permanent adhesive point ( 8 ).

14. Pharmaceutical packaging ( 2 ) according to claim 13, wherein
the second side of the pharmaceutical packaging ( 2 ) is an opening flap which must be moved from its position adjacent to the first side in order to open the pharmaceutical packaging ( 2 ),
the carrier strip ( 11 ) further comprises a sealing part ( 18 ) formed on the fastening part ( 6 ) opposite the cover part ( 7 ),
the underside of the carrier strip ( 11 ) is also at least partially self-adhesively coated in the area of the sealing part ( 18 ),
and the sealing part ( 18 ) under the closure part ( 10 ) is glued to the opening tab so that
that an irreversible change in the label ( 1 ) or the surface of the pharmaceutical packaging ( 2 ) occurs when the pharmaceutical packaging ( 2 ) is opened.

15. Pharmaceutical packaging ( 2 ) according to claim 14, wherein the sealing part ( 18 ) comprises a multilayer laminate which undergoes a visually recognizable, irreversible change when the sealing part ( 18 ) is detached after being stuck onto the opening tab.

16. Pharmaceutical packaging ( 2 ) according to one of the protection claims 14 and 15, wherein a perforation ( 20 ) is arranged between the sealing part ( 18 ) and the fastening part ( 6 ).

Pharmaceutical packaging ( 2 ) according to one of the protection claims 13 to 16, wherein the self-adhesive coating ( 9 ) of the upper side of the carrier strip ( 11 ) in the region of the closure part ( 10 ) consists of a non-permanent adhesive in order to make the closure part ( 10 ) removable from the second side of the pharmaceutical packaging ( 2 ).

18. Pharmaceutical packaging ( 2 ) according to one of the protection claims 14 to 16, wherein the upper side of the carrier strip ( 11 ) in the region of the sealing part ( 18 ) is provided with an adhesive-repellent coating ( 21 ) in order to make the closure part ( 10 ) removable from the second side of the pharmaceutical packaging ( 2 ).

21. Pharmaceutical packaging ( 2 ) according to one of claims 13 to 20, wherein an adhesive-free grip tab ( 15 ) is formed on the closure part ( 10 ).

22. Pharmaceutical packaging ( 2 ) according to one of claims 13 to 21, wherein the information carrier ( 4 ) is a booklet.
