Description

The invention relates to a packaging for dolls, doll accessories and/or the like according to the preamble of claim 1. Furthermore, the invention relates to a dollhouse element according to the preamble of claim 24.

Packaging for dolls, doll accessories or similar often has both outer packaging and inner packaging. The inner packaging mainly serves the purpose of securing the contents inside the packaging for transport. Furthermore, the inner packaging is often intended to arrange the items to be packaged in the packaging in the most decorative way possible. This is mainly done when the outer packaging has a viewing window. In this way, the contents of a package can be presented in real life. Particularly in the field of toys, this type of packaging can achieve particularly high sales figures.

However, this type of packaging has the disadvantage that the amount of packaging material used is relatively high. In addition to the outer packaging, which is usually designed as a container or box, inner packaging is also required. This inner packaging can be made of Styrofoam, foam or cardboard, for example. The amount of material used is about twice as high as if the packaging only consisted of the outer packaging. In many cases, the entire packaging is thrown away by the consumer after purchasing the goods. In other cases, it is common to discard the inner packaging after purchasing the goods and keep the outer packaging for storage. For environmental reasons in particular, the amount of packaging used should be kept as low as possible.

It is an object of the invention to provide a packaging or a dollhouse element of the above-mentioned type which has an even higher utility value.

This object is solved by the subject matter according to claim 1 and claim 24.

According to the invention, the inner packaging is designed as a doll's room.

The inner packaging therefore has a dual function. On the one hand, the inner packaging is intended for attaching dolls and/or doll accessories. This is intended to ensure that the contents are packaged securely for transport and also to be presented within the packaging in an advertising-effective manner. On the other hand, the inner packaging itself is intended as an accessory for the packaged doll. This concept can significantly reduce packaging waste. Dolls' rooms are usually offered and packaged separately. According to the invention, however, an essential accessory is designed as part of the packaging.

In particular, it is intended that the inner packaging is designed as a three-dimensional doll's room. Three-dimensional doll's rooms, as well as doll's apartments or doll's houses, are usually offered as separate toys or as accessories for dolls. The invention thus represents a synthesis between packaging elements on the one hand and fully-fledged toys or toy accessories on the other.

Preferably, the inner packaging includes a back wall and two side walls. This makes it possible to create a doll's room that is visible and accessible from the outside. The inner packaging advantageously includes a base plate. This increases stability and enables the doll's room and its contents to be transported safely.

It is also intended that the inner packaging includes a cover. The cover is advantageously designed to be detachable from the inner packaging. This provides several possible variations.

In a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the inner packaging comprising the rear wall, the side walls and the base plate is formed in one piece. This allows sufficient stability to be achieved, which is an important criterion for children's toys. This also has the advantage that no connecting elements are required, which are usually sensitive and are subject to particularly high levels of wear in children's toys. Finally, the one-piece design enables simple and cost-effective production.

It is also intended that the cover can be placed on the back wall and the side walls. This means that the doll's room has a ceiling, which is particularly realistic. On the other hand, since the cover plate is also removable, the doll's room can be seen from both above and from the front. This provides several possible variations.

For transport safety, the cover can be designed to reinforce the packaging. To this end, the cover can be placed inside the outer packaging in such a way that the rigidity of the entire packaging is increased.

In particular, it is intended that the cover in the outer packaging is arranged below the base plate when packed. Since in this case the base plate, the cover plate and the underside of the outer packaging are in close proximity, the rigidity and thus the transport safety of the entire packaging is increased without the need to use additional or thicker, heavier or harder material.

For example, the cover can be designed in a trough shape and has a rectangular edge. This means that the cover can be placed securely with the edge facing downwards on the rear wall and the two side walls. When packed, the cover plate is located with the edge facing downwards in the outer packaging directly below the base plate. This creates a hollow space in the lower area of the outer packaging.

In terms of dimensions, the volume of the inner packaging, including the cover underneath, is intended to be slightly smaller than the internal volume of the outer packaging. This means that the inner packaging, including the cover, can be arranged in a non-slip manner inside the outer packaging. This contributes significantly to the stability and aesthetics of the entire packaging.

Furthermore, the outer packaging can include at least one viewing window. This allows the contents of the packaging to be seen from the outside. It is therefore not necessary for the packaging to have images of the contents on the outside.

It is advantageous that the viewing window is arranged in such a way that, when packaged, the area enclosed by the back wall and the side walls can be seen from the outside. This makes it possible to achieve a particularly aesthetic appearance of the packaging. In addition, the consumer has the opportunity to view the entire relevant contents before making a purchase. This applies both to the packaged doll or doll accessories and to the inner packaging designed as a doll's room.

For further design, it can be provided that the inner packaging has two-dimensional representations of furnishings and the like on the inside. This makes it possible to create a realistic doll's room with little effort. It is also provided that the inner packaging has three-dimensional models of furnishings or the like. Three-dimensional models always have a particularly high play value for children.

Furthermore, the inner packaging can have doors, windows and/or the like that can be opened and closed. This increases the play options. The doors can be, for example, room doors, front doors or even cupboard doors.

As far as the material is concerned, it is preferable that the inner packaging is made of cardboard. This is a particularly environmentally friendly, easy to process and cost-effective

Material. In addition, cardboard does not contain any toxins, which is particularly important for children's toys.

In terms of manufacturing technology, the inner packaging can be punched out of a single piece of surface. This enables particularly simple, efficient and cost-effective production and also contributes significantly to the stability of the doll's room. The doll's room can be folded up from a single piece, so that no connecting elements are required, at least for the main seams.

For further design, it can be provided that the inner packaging has fastening means that are intended for attaching the doll, doll accessories, furnishings and/or the like. Such fastening means can be, for example, holes, other cutouts, adhesive strips, snap fasteners, Velcro fasteners, etc. This allows the objects to be packaged to be attached to a predetermined place that is maintained from production to unpacking after sale. A predetermined, aesthetic and particularly promotionally effective arrangement of the contents within the packaging can thus be ensured. This is of crucial importance for sales success, especially with toys.

Finally, it is possible for a number of inner packaging units to be assembled to form a doll's apartment, a doll's house and/or the like. In particular, the inner packaging units designed as doll's rooms can be arranged next to one another and on top of one another. Different types of apartments and houses can thus be constructed.

Preferably, the doors in the side walls and the rear wall are arranged in such a way that the doors of adjacent walls are congruent. In this way, a realistically functioning door can be created between two doll's rooms.

It is also planned that the doll rooms will be designed in different ways and/or as different room types.

For example, the inner packaging designed as a doll's room is designed as a living room, bedroom, children's room, kitchen or bathroom. A realistic apartment can be put together using a number of differently designed inner packaging. A doll's house consisting of several floors can also be created. Inner packaging can also be provided that is designed as an attic, basement, staircase, garage, etc.

The inner packaging, designed as a garage, is preferably intended as packaging for a model car that roughly corresponds to the scale of the doll.

According to the invention, the dollhouse element is designed as an inner packaging for a doll, doll accessories, dollhouse accessories and/or the like. The dollhouse element according to the invention preferably corresponds to the inner packaging described above. The dollhouse element can be used, for example, as a single doll's room. Likewise, several dollhouse elements can be put together to form a doll's apartment or a dollhouse. It is intended to provide dollhouse elements with different designs. The dollhouse elements can be designed as different types of rooms, i.e. living room, bedroom, children's room, kitchen, etc. In addition, it is possible to provide the dollhouse element with different styles of a certain type of room.

Since the dollhouse element according to the invention is preferably made of cardboard and is therefore extremely cost-effective, a comprehensive range of dollhouse elements can be offered, which differ according to room type, style, color design, and other criteria.

On the one hand, the inventive concept provides inexpensive and environmentally friendly toys with numerous design options. On the other hand, the material costs for packaging are kept to a minimum.

Figure 1 shows a first embodiment of the packaging according to the invention in the unpacked state. The packaging comprises an outer packaging 10, an inner packaging 12 and a cover 14. The outer packaging 10 is designed as a cuboid-shaped box. The outer packaging 10 has a viewing window 28 which extends over the essential areas of the front and the top of the outer packaging 10. Furthermore, the inner packaging 12 is shown in Fig. 1. The inner packaging 12 is designed as a doll's room. The inner packaging 12 comprises two side walls 16, a rear wall 18 and a base plate 20. The inner packaging 12 is also preferably made of cardboard and punched out of a single piece of surface. The two side walls 16 each comprise a door 24. The side walls 16 each have a recess 38 in the upper front corner areas. The recesses 38 are dimensioned such that the cover 14 can be placed on the inner packaging 12 in a form-fitting manner. Both the inner packaging 12 and the cover 14 have external dimensions such that they can be inserted into the outer packaging 10 in a form-fitting manner. Due to the recesses 38, the external dimensions in the upper area of the inner packaging 12 are designed such that they are identical to the internal dimensions of the cover 14. The cover 14 comprises an edge 22 extending downwards. The cover 14 is thus designed as a tub-shaped cuboid. On the one hand, the cover 14 has the function of being provided as a removable cover for the inner packaging designed as a doll's room. On the other hand, the cover 14 is to be inserted into the outer packaging 10 below the inner packaging 12 in order to act as a stabilizer for the entire packaging. In Fig. 2, the packaging according to the invention is shown in the packaged state. The cover 14 is located - not visible - in the lower area of the outer packaging 10. Above the cover 14, the inner packaging 12 is arranged in the outer packaging 10 so that a doll 46 and the interior of the doll's room can be seen through the viewing window 28. The packaging according to the invention is intended on the one hand to enable suitable presentation in sales outlets. On the other hand, the packaging according to the invention provides a storage option for the inner packaging 12 designed as a doll's room, the doll accessories and the doll 46, which is particularly decorative. The doll 46 can be attached by means of a rubber ring, an adhesive tape, a Velcro fastener, a snap fastener or the like. A second embodiment of the inner packaging 12 is shown in Fig. 3. The inner packaging 12 according to the second embodiment also has two side walls 16, a rear wall 18 and a base plate 20. Each of the two side walls has a door 24. The two doors 24 are punched out and can be opened and closed true to the original. The doors 24 can also be completely punched out, for example, with the hinge being implemented by an adhesive tape or similar connection. Alternatively, the door 24 can only be partially punched out, with the remaining connection point between the door 24 and the side wall 16 being prepared in such a way that it acts as a hinge. The articulation of the hinge can be achieved, for example, by cutting, scoring or embossing. A three-dimensional wall shelf 32 is attached to the inside of the rear wall 18. The individual shelves are punched out of a piece of cardboard and folded accordingly. To attach the individual shelves of the wall shelf 32, horizontal slots are provided in the rear wall 18, with each shelf being assigned a slot. Each shelf has two tabs that pass through the slot and are folded out on the outside of the rear wall 18. In this way, the wall shelf can be attached mechanically and without adhesive. Alternatively, the wall shelf 32 can be attached using Velcro, adhesive tape or the like. A separate carpet 34 made of cardboard is also assigned to the base plate 20. The carpet 34 can be arranged in various positions on the base plate 20 and also outside the inner packaging 12. This provides several design options.

A third embodiment of the inner packaging 12 is shown in Fig. 4. The inner packaging 12 again comprises two side walls 16, a rear wall 18 and a base plate 20. The rear wall 18 has a punched-out door 24 that can be opened and closed. A step 48 is assigned to the door 24. The step 48 can be designed both two-dimensionally and three-dimensionally. The two-dimensional version of the step 48 is preferably printed below the door 24 on the inside of the rear wall 18. The three-dimensional version of the step 48 is punched out of a cardboard box and folded accordingly. The insides of the side walls 16 and the rear wall 18 have two-dimensional representations of interior fittings. A wall picture 36 on the rear wall 18 is designed as a flat piece and is attached using an adhesive tape. The left side wall 16 is assigned a coat hanger 42, which can be attached to the side wall 16 using a fastening means 40. The fastening means 40 can be, for example, a slot or a hole in the side wall 16. Adhesive strips, Velcro fasteners, clips and/or the like can be provided as additional or alternative fastening means. These fastening means can also be used for three-dimensional wall pictures 36. These wall pictures 36 can, for example, be made from a flat piece of cardboard. The three-dimensional wall pictures 36 can be attached to any location on the interior walls using the aforementioned fastening means. This provides the user with a variety of design options.

The inner packaging 12 designed as a doll's room also has a three-dimensional piece of furniture 30. The piece of furniture 30 is made of cardboard. The piece of furniture 30 is preferably punched out of a single piece of surface and folded according to a predetermined pattern. On the rear wall, the piece of furniture 30 has an adhesive tape or a Velcro fastener with which it can be attached to the inside of the side wall 16 or the rear wall 18. Finally, the two side walls 16 each have a recess 38 at their front upper corner. Due to these two recesses 38, the upper area of the inner packaging 12 has a circumference that corresponds to the inner dimensions of the cover 14.

In Fig. 5, the same inner packaging 12 as in Fig. 4 is shown. In addition, this inner packaging 12 has an attached cover 14. The removable cover 14 provides several play options. The inner packaging 12 designed as a doll's room has the advantage without the cover 14 that it can be seen from both the front and from above. In contrast, the inner packaging 12 with the attached cover 14 has the advantage that it represents a realistic model of a room.

Fig. 6 shows an embodiment of a doll's house which is composed of six inner packaging units 12 designed as a doll's room. The individual inner packaging units 12 are arranged side wall 16 to side wall 16 as well as one above the other, i.e. base plate 20 on cover 14. In addition, it is possible to arrange two inner packaging units 12 with the outer sides of the rear walls 18 next to one another. This provides numerous design options for a doll's house. Preferably, the doors 24 in the side walls 16 are arranged such that they are congruent with a corresponding door 24 in an adjacent side wall 16. In this way, two immediately adjacent doors 24 together form a single door. Likewise, the door 24 in the rear wall 18 can be arranged such that it is congruent with another door in the rear wall 18 of an adjacent inner packaging unit. In addition, the door 24 of a side wall 16 can be combined with another door 24 of a rear wall 18 to form a single intermediate door. This design option also contributes to the fact that a realistic doll's house can be created with the packaging according to the invention. The inner packaging 12 designed as a doll's room can in principle be arranged next to one another or one above the other without any connecting means.

Preferably, however, connecting elements are provided to connect the individual dollhouse elements to one another to form a doll's apartment or a dollhouse. Connecting elements can be, for example, Velcro fasteners, adhesive strips, snap fasteners, paper clips or the like. With regard to the paper clips, those that meet the safety requirements for children's toys are preferably provided. For example, plastic paper clips that do not have any sharp edges are suitable for this.

In Fig. 7, the inner packaging 12 according to the third embodiment of the invention is shown in the unfolded state, i.e. as a flat piece.

For example, snap fasteners, Velcro fasteners, adhesive tape or the like are provided for a detachable fastening means. With removable fastening devices, the inner packaging 12 can be unfolded to a minimal volume. This means, for example, that a doll's house, which is made up of several inner packaging 12 and has a volume of about a quarter to half a cubic meter, can be dismantled to the size of a DIN A4 folder for storage.

Cardboard is the preferred material for the packaging according to the invention. All components can be produced by punching and then folding. The amount of punching waste is very low.

Packaging for dolls, doll accessories and the like, comprising an outer packaging and an inner packaging, wherein the outer packaging is designed as a container, characterized in that the inner packaging ( 12 ) is designed as a doll's room. 2. Dollhouse element designed as a three-dimensional doll's room, characterized in that the dollhouse element ( 12 ) is provided as part of a packaging for a doll, doll accessories, furnishings for the dollhouse element and/or the like. 25. Dollhouse element according to claim 24, characterized in that a plurality of such dollhouse elements ( 12 ) can be assembled to form a doll's apartment, a dollhouse or the like. 26.
