Alle Sorten, Formen, Farben, Gewichte und Größen von Fruchtgummi:
- mit Gelatine und/oder
- mit Agar/Agar und/oder
- mit Gummi-Arabicum und/oder
-mit Stärke und/oder
-mit Stärke und/oder
-mit allen sich am Markt befindlichen Ersatzbindemitteln
- mit Zucker und/oder Maltit und/oder Isomalt und/oder alle sich auf dem Markt befindlichen Ersatzsüßstoffen
Zutaten:
Glucose-Sirup, Zucker und/oder Maltit, und/oder Isomalt, und/oder alle sich auf dem Markt befindlichen Ersatzsüßstoffe, Gelatine und/oder Agar/Agar- mit Gummi-Arabicum und/oder mit Stärke und/oder alle sich am Markt befindlichen Ersatzbindemitteln
mit oder ohne Traubenzucker, mit oder ohne Fruchtsaftkonzentrate
Säuerungsmittel: Zitronensäure (oder Ersatzsäuerungsmittel) Acerola Trockenpulver und oder Vitamin C (natürlich oder synthetisch) Ascorbinsäure, Frucht- und Pflanzenextrakte, Aromen (natürlich oder synthetisch) Öl pflanzlich oder tierisch
Trennmittel: Bienenwachs und oder sonstige Trennmittel
mit Schokoladenüberzug:
und/oder Nougat-Überzug und/oder Schokoladen-Marzipan-Überzug und/oder Schokoladen-Gebäck-Überzug und/oder Schokoladen-Bonbon-Überzug, in jeglicher Konsistenz, Farbe, Geschmacksrichtung, Form auch weiße Schokolade (Kakaobutter)
Diesem Schokoladenüberzug kann beigefügt werden: Nusssplitter, Mandelsplitter, Kokosraspel, bunte Zuckerteilchen, gemahlener Kaffee, Alkohol und alle essbaren Kleinteilen Die Dicke des Überzugs liegt zwischen 0,0001cm - 10cm
Claims (1)
- Der Schutzanspruch ist dadurch gekennzeichent, daß Fruchtgummi (Gummibonbons) mit Schokolade überzogen wird.
