Claims

1. Frame for a seat and a backrest of a stroller, the backrest being articulated to the seat, characterized in that the frame corresponding to the backrest is independent of the frame corresponding to the seat, the frame of the backrest comprising two side elements ( 1 ) which are detachably and articulately connected at the bottom to holding devices ( 2 , 3 ) provided on the corresponding side elements ( 4 ) of the frame of the seat.

Frame for a seat and a backrest of a stroller according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower end of the side elements ( 4 ) of the frame of the backrest is formed into a transverse bolt ( 3 ) and the holding means of the same, which are provided on the side elements ( 1 ) of the frame of the seat, consist of a hook ( 6 ) which is slidably mounted and is pressed by a spring ( 10 ) towards its active engagement position.

5. Frame for a seat and a backrest of a stroller according to claim 4, characterized in that the supports ( 12 ) have an angular cross-section.

Frame for a seat and backrest of a stroller according to claim 4, characterized in that the supports ( 12 ) comprise, at their rear end, which is articulated to the corresponding side elements of the frame of the seat, an extension ( 14 ) which comes into abutment with a locking pawl ( 15 , 16 ) slidably mounted on the front portion of the side elements and urged by a spring ( 17 ) towards its front locking position, so that the supports ( 12 ) assume a position such that they form an extension of the side elements ( 4 ) of the frame of the seat.
