Vliestuch mit pastösem Haushaltsreiniger
Beschreibung
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Vliestuch für die Reinigung im Hauhaltsbereich, das mit Reinigungsmitteln versehen ist.
Bekannte Vliestücher sind aus Bahnen hergestellt, die aus einem Faserflor oder einem Faservlies aus gerichteten oder zufällig angeordneten (angerichteten) Fasern bestehen. Die Verbindung zwischen den Fasern ist durch Reibung, Kohäsion oder Adhäsion oder einer Kombination daraus gegeben. Die Fasern können natürlichen Ursprungs oder Chemiefasern sein. Die Fasern sind Spinnfasern, Filamente oder sind direkt beim Vliesbildeverfahren entstanden.
Bekannte Tücher dieser Art sind insbesondere aus dem Kosmetikbereich · bekannt. Die Tücher- sind mit einer Reinigungslösung getränkt, so dass diese ohne Verwendung von zusätzlichen Reinigungssubstanzen verwendet werden können. Die Tücher sind feucht, so dass sie auch ohne zusätzliches Anfeuchten eine Reinigungswirkung entfalten. Die feuchten Tücher müssen jedoch bei der Lagerung vor Austrocknung geschützt sein. Hierfür werden sie in der Regel in luftdichten Containern aufbewahrt. Ferner weisen die Reinigungslösungen

einen Wasseranteil auf, der dazu führt, dass die Tücher ohne Verwendung von Konservierungsstoffen verrotten würden.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, ein Vliestuch für
den Haushaltsbereich bereitzustellen, das ohne Verwendung von
zusätzlichen Reinigungssubstanzen benutzt werden kann und das nicht vor Austrocknung geschützt werden muss.
Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch ein Vliestuch, das mit einem pastösen Haushaltsreiniger zumindest einseitig beschichtet ist, wobei der Haushaltsreiniger mindestens 20 Gew. % waschaktive Substanzen enthält und wasserfrei ist, gelöst.
Bei flüssigen Verunreinigungen kann das Tuch unter Ausnutzung der guten Saugeigenschaften des Vliesmaterials direkt verwendet werden. Bei trockenen Verunreinigungen kann das Vliestuch zusätzlich mit Wasser angefeuchtet werden und zur intensiven Nassreinigung verwendet werden.
Aufgrund des mindestens 20 %-igen Gewichtsanteils an waschaktiven Substanzen ist eine nur dünne Beschichtung aus pastösem Haushaltsreiniger erforderlich, um zu einer ausreichenden Reinigungswirkung zu gelangen. Aufgrund der wasserfreien Zusammensetzung des Haushaltsreinigers müssen solche Vliestücher bei der Lagerung nicht vor Austrocknung geschützt werden. Ferner sind aufgrund der wasserfreien Zusammensetzung keine Konservierungsmittel erforderlich.
Die Vliestücher können z. B. aus gewebten Vliesmaterial (spunlace fleece) oder aus einem Vlies, das im Luftlegeverfahren hergestellt ist (airlaid fleece), hergestellt sein.
Zum Beschichten können die Tücher entweder mit dem Haushaltsreiniger besprüht oder mittels einer Walze aufgetragen werden. Hierbei haftet der pastöse Haushaltsreiniger auf der Oberfläche des Vliestuchs ohne dieses zu tränken oder von diesem aufgesaugt zu werden.
Aufgrund der pastösen und wasserfreien Zusammensetzung des Haushaltsreinigers können die Vliestücher direkt nach dem Beschichten aufgerollt oder direkt verpackt werden, ohne dass die . Gefahr besteht, dass die Vliestücher miteinander verkleben.
Das Vliestuch besteht vorzugsweise aus mindestens 50 Gew.% Viskose. Des weiteren kann das Vliestuch Polypropylenfasern oder Polyesterfasern enthalten. Hierdurch wird gewährleistet, dass das Vliestuch eine höhere Härte aufweist, wodurch die Haftung des pastösen Haushaltsreinigers auf dem Vliestuch verbessert wird.
Der Haushaltsreiniger enthält vorzugsweise 10 bis 40 Gew. % Oleyl-ZCetylalkohol-polyethylenglykolether, 10 bis 40 Gew. % Alkyl (C10-C16-) -polyethylenglykolether-phosphat und 20 bis 80 Gew. % Polyethylenglykol. Durch Variieren des Polyethylenglykolanteils kann die Viskosität des Haushaltsreinigers eingestellt werden. Vorzugsweise weist der Haushaltsreiniger 15 bis 30 % anionische Tenside und 15 bis 30 % nichtionogene Tenside auf. Die Zusammensetzung kann jedoch frei variiert werden.
Claims (5)
1. Vliestuch, das mit einem pastösen Haushaltsreiniger zumindest einseitig beschichtet ist, wobei der Haushaltsreiniger mindestens 20 Gew.-% waschaktive Substanzen enthält und wasserfrei ist.
2. Vliestuch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vliestuch aus mindestens 50 Gew.-% Viskose besteht.
3. Vliestuch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vliestuch Polypropylen-Fasern enthält.
4. Vliestuch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vliestuch Polyesterfasern enthält.
5. Vliestuch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haushaltsreiniger aus 10 bis 40 Gew.-% Oleyl- /Cetylalkohol-polyethylenglykolether, 10 bis 40 Gew.-% Alkyl (C10-C16-)-polyethylenglykolether-phosphat und 20 bis 80 Gew.-% Polyethylenglykol enthält.
