Foldable folding trampoline

The invention relates to trampolines and in particular to a collapsible folding trampoline that can be folded in half when not in use.

A trampoline is a canvas or net supported by springs in a metal frame, used as a jumping board and landing area for aerial jumping. Traditional trampolines are usually heavy and not collapsible. In addition, traditional trampolines take up a lot of storage space when not in use or during transport.

The invention is therefore based on the object of creating a collapsible folding trampoline.

This object is achieved according to the invention by a collapsible folding trampoline according to claim 1. Further developments of the invention are specified in the dependent claim.

According to the invention, the frame of the trampoline comprises four identical frame units, two vertical pivots and two horizontal pivots, which are alternately mounted between every two adjacent frame units. When the collapsible folding trampoline is not in use, it can be folded in the X-axis direction and then folded again in the Y-axis direction.

In Fig. 1 to 3 there is shown a collapsible folding trampoline according to the invention, which comprises a collapsible open folding frame formed from four identical frame units 3a, 3b, 3c and 3d, a jumping bed 1 suspended by the frame units 3a, 3b, 3c and 3d, and a plurality of springs 3 mounted between the jumping bed 1 and the frame units 3a, 3b, 3c and 3d. Two vertical pivots 5 are mounted respectively between the first frame unit 3a and the fourth frame unit 3d, the second frame unit 3b and the third frame unit 3c, so that the first frame unit 3a can be rotated with the second frame unit 3b about the pivot points 7 of the vertical pivots 5 with respect to the third frame unit 3c and the fourth frame unit 3d. Between the first frame unit 3a and the second frame unit 3b, the third frame unit 3c and the fourth frame unit 3d, two horizontal pivot joints 4 are mounted so that the second frame unit 3b is connected to the third frame unit 3c about the pivot points 6 of the horizontal pivot joints 4 with respect to the first frame unit 1 and the fourth frame unit

4 can be rotated after the first frame unit 3a with the second frame unit 3b has been rotated about the pivot points 7 of the vertical pivots 5 with respect to the third frame unit 3c and the fourth frame unit 3d. The pivot point 6 of each horizontal pivot 4 is arranged parallel to the axis passing through the center of the jumping bed 1, while the pivot point 7 of each vertical pivot 5 is arranged perpendicular to the axis passing through the center of the jumping bed 1. Furthermore, the blades 8 of the horizontal pivots 4 and the blades 9 of the vertical pivots 5 are attached to a respective end opening 10 at each end of the frame units 3a, 3b, 3c and 3d.

In Figs. 4 and 5 and again in Fig. 1, the first frame unit 3a can be rotated with the second frame unit 3b about the pivot points 7 of the vertical pivot joints 5 with respect to the third frame unit 3c and the fourth frame unit 3d, wherein the attached second frame unit 3b and the attached third frame unit 3d can then be rotated about the pivot points 6 of the horizontal pivot joints 4 with respect to the attached first frame unit 3a and the attached fourth frame unit 3d, whereby the collapsible folding trampoline is therefore folded when not in use, as shown in Fig. 5.

Claims (2)

1. A collapsible folding trampoline comprising an open frame, a plurality of springs ( 3 ) and a jumping bed ( 1 ) supported by the springs ( 3 ) in the open frame, characterized in that
the open frame comprises four identical frame units ( 3 a; 3 b; 3 c; 3 d), two vertical pivot joints (S) and two horizontal pivot joints ( 4 ) which are arranged alternately between two adjacent frame units ( 3 a; 3 b; 3 c; 3 d),
each vertical pivot joint ( 5 ) has a pivot point ( 7 ) which is arranged perpendicular to the axis which passes through the centre of the jumping bed ( 1 ) and
each horizontal pivot joint ( 4 ) has a pivot point ( 6 ) which is arranged parallel to the axis which passes through the centre of the jumping bed ( 1 ). 2. A folding trampoline according to claim 1, characterized by two frame units ( 3 a; 3 b; 3 c; 3 d), each of which comprises two end openings ( 10 ) at two distal ends, the horizontal pivot joints ( 4 ) and the vertical pivot joints ( 5 ) each having two blades which are respectively attached to the end openings ( 10 ) of the frame units ( 3 a; 3 b; 3 c; 3 d).
