Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Trockensieb einer Trockenpartie einer Maschine zur Herstellung und/oder Veredelung einer Papier-, Karton-, Tissue- oder einer anderen Faserstoffbahn, welches die Faserstoffbahn führt und zumindest einen beheizten, rotierenden Trockenzylinder teilweise umschlingt, wobei die Faserstoffbahn mit dem Trokkenzylinder in Kontakt kommt.The invention relates to a drying screen of a drying section of a machine for producing and/or finishing a paper, cardboard, tissue or other fibrous web, which guides the fibrous web and partially wraps around at least one heated, rotating drying cylinder, wherein the fibrous web comes into contact with the drying cylinder.

Wegen der sich dadurch ergebenden Haftung der Faserstoffbahn am Trockenzylinder neigt die Faserstoffbahn beim Wegführen des Trockensiebes dazu, mit dem Trockenzylinder zu laufen. Erfindungsgemäß wurde die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass das Trockensieb in Haftbereichen, die gegenüber den Randbereichen der Faserstoffbahn verlaufen, eine erhöhte Adhäsion aufweist. Dabei wurde die Erkenntnis berücksichtigt, dass insbesondere die Randbereiche der Faserstoffbahn verstärkt am Trockenzylinder haften. Eine Möglichkeit die Adhäsion zu erhöhen besteht darin, dass das Trockensieb in den Haftbereichen auf der, der Faserstoffbahn zugewandten Seite eine glatte Oberfläche besitzt. Für sich allein oder in Kombination mit der glatten Oberfläche ist es des weiteren auch möglich, dass das Trockensieb in den Haftbereichen eine geringere Luftdurchlässigkeit als im dazwischenliegenden Hauptbereich aufweist. Vorzugsweise sollten die Haftbereichen sogar luftundurchlässig ausgebildet sein.

Die Beeinträchtigung der Luftdurchlässigkeit in den Haftbereichen behindert eine Hinterlüftung und verstärkt somit die Haftung der Faserstoffbahn am Trockensieb. Auf der anderen Seite beeinträchtigt dies jedoch das Ausdampfen und damit die Trocknung der Faserstoffbahn in den Randbereichen.
